Arrived at 6:01 with 3 boxes, the sign still said ‘Open’ but the door was locked. An employee saw me but ignored me while a customer was still inside. Very disappointing and misleading hours

The lady work in the front desk at 1 PM August 27th was surprisingly very unhelpful. I decided to go to a different UPS store because I did not trust that she would properly ship my merchandise. Very sad. Oh and I almost forgot. She started laughing at me when I was walking out the door. What’s that about?

Been going here for years and it’s been good. Sometimes they get busy but do what they can. Way better than standing in line at the post office for an hour.
Reading the negative reviews, sounds like those people for the most part don’t know what they are doing or how things work. You can’t blame a location for a lost or damaged package. That’s just the nature of shipping things, sometimes things happen and I ship quite often. UPS is definitely the most reliable in every aspect. The store doesn’t set the rates either.
Do yourself a favor and buy a cheap $10 scale get some box tape and then print your own labels at home. You will have the items for future shipping and save yourself time and money.
I’m here every week I walk in drop off if I want a receipt I might have to wait a few minutes max for them to help others. If it’s Amazon returns you can just get your package ready put the label on. And just leave it on the counter if you’re not concerned about a receipt.
List in order for on time and not damaging packages.
1 : UPS
2 : USPS
3 : FedEx
Also keep in mind packages go through different hubs, I have definitely seen a pattern with every shipper and where it goes. Some hubs are just known for damage or theft. Depending on shipper

I have been using this store and team for over a decade and have found the owner and most of his folks just WONDERFUL to deal with. Quick, and smart and reasonable in almost every way. Price keeps going up for the mailbox service, but that is our reality these days and not their fault for sure.

Used to be a good shop. Now they charge you to print a label which has already been covered in cost. Don't bother trying to explain yourselves, your 3 star and dropping rating explains it all.
