Came in the other day completely scatter brained and all over the place the young lady helping me was so nice & absolutely wonderful. She helped me chill out so much & also great conversations while we did the transactions. I cant remember her name but it was something Elenor or Eloise something EL ( I’m so sorry) But you were amazing girl thank you so much for being you. <3

Was helped out by Elise today and I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I put in my Amazon return wrong and she was fast to change it to a drop off at UPS store. Was super helpful with the printing needs as well as that saved me a trip to FedEx Kinko's. Extremely helpful, always a smile, amazing attitude, and definitely an asset to the store! Will definitely be coming back here instead of Kinko's

I always have very good luck with speedy and friendly service at this location, but today was particularly exceptional. At approximately 2:00 PM today (June 24th, 2025), I was helped by Elise, who immediately could sense that I was flustered, overwhelmed, and starting to become increasingly anxious as I started to have technical issues with my return. Elise was SO incredibly sweet, and she was genuinely able to help calm me down and relax enough to be able to troubleshoot the problem I was experiencing. She was amazing with my two children and truly made my visit with the UPS Store wonderful! As someone prone to feeling overly anxious with these kinds of errands, I'm so grateful and appreciative to have had Elise and the UPS Store help me today! Would highly recommend this business for anyone that has shipping/Amazon return needs, but they also have SUPER cute gifts and such to shop through as well.

I came to drop off a big 19lb package from an Amazon 3rd party seller. The employee that helped me out was extremely helpful because usually an Amazon return would be a QR code and return it via Whole Foods. This time it’s different, I had to message the seller itself in order to get a shipping label. I hated the whole process… Nonetheless, I’m grateful for that employee that guided me throughout the process, and for finally getting rid of that big box i’ve had for weeks!
