I’ve had consistently disappointing experiences at this UPS Store, primarily due to poor customer service. The front desk staff often display a lack of basic courtesy, and interactions are frequently marked by an unhelpful and abrasive tone — even when asking simple questions about shipping services.
What’s particularly puzzling is that this behavior occurs even when I approach with a cheerful and respectful attitude. It creates an unwelcoming environment, as if customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the store exists.
If you prefer a more professional and pleasant experience, I highly recommend driving an extra five minutes to another UPS location. It’s worth the detour to avoid unnecessary stress.

They’re a great resource for Amazon returns but they use “scare tactics” to try and make you pay more for shipping next day air. It’s happened for Christmas the past two years but today I was mailing a birthday package to arrive in the next week (mailing 8/27 for 9/3 arrival) and they quoted me $80 to get there “on time” or $60 for USPS and when I was walking out they offered me a $30 option which when checking out said estimated delivery 8/29. Super frustrating to feel like you’re buying a car just to ship a package

Terrible customer service!
The sales agent was unfriendly and unhelpful with my Amazon return just because I didn’t have bags for the items. I had one order to return with three items, and Amazon sent me three labels even though they all came in one package.
Good customer service would have helped find recycled packaging instead of refusing to assist and telling me to find packaging myself and come back.

The fella that works there is the farthest thing from a friendly face I've seen in a long time. Can barely hear him, no real customer service skills, I'd rather deal with a different UPS store even though it's a little farther away. Sorry to be the bearer of unfortunate news.

Place is great, fast and easy service.
On top of that they have self serve kiosk making it much easier to get the things done quickly.
If anyone cant use Kiosk then they are there obviously to help and assist with anything needed.
