The staff is always helpful and friendly. The new owners are knowledgeable and go out of their way answering all my questions about cost, delivery, etc.

The previous staff in this store was knowledgeable, fast, friendly and conscious of where the money come from to get a paycheck. i.e customers.The store was sold about 3- 4 years ago and that excellent bunch of customer service providers was let go. What a shame because it is only 1 mile from my home and I used it frequently the new, surly and defense bunch took over.On my first visit, I only needed stamps. I was told they did not sell stamps and had to go elsewhere. On my second and last visit, they refused to let me use an Amazon Prime box (that the item came in). I had to purchase the "legal" box from them.The staff here is argumentative and rude I was told if I did not like paying for the box, I could get the F out (from a womanThe next closest UPS Store is 5.6 miles down the road to Raleigh Hills where everyone is pleasant, friendly, helpful and gives a damn if you ever come in again. I will never return to the Murray Scholls. I worked in retail for many years and firmly believe that you EARN your customers'respect and their business through friendly, helpful service that gives a customer everything they want...PLUS! The only thing this business has earned is my disdain.

Came in to ship some souvenirs to my elderly mother. Watched two people ship packages in front of me without issue. Clerk behind the counter profiled me and my partner and opened my package without consent. Something he did not do to either of the two customers prior. When I questioned it he told me he could whatever he wants, so I took my stuff and left.

Rarely a line, which is great, but if you try the self-checkout and the screen says to go to the counter, maybe the employee could skip the big push to use self-checkout. I just tried, bro, and it sent me here. The constant reminders could be a job requirement, though I don't know.

Go anywhere else…anywhere!There are several locations I go to depending on where I am at/going. This is the ONLY one I have extremely poor interactions at, and it’s almost every visit. This location will try and charge you fees other stores do not. Customer service is non existent and the tall skinny guy always seems confused.

Shane was very efficient, knowledgeable, service-oriented, polite and respectful. I met him for the first time yesterday afternoon as he helped me while picking up my mails from my mailbox and returning several Amazon items. Shane is a gem! Thank you for making the entire process so smooth and stress-free.
