Very small store, often crowded, horrible parking lot, hard to even get into and out of the parking lot at times. But the staff are nice, helpful and fast. So I'm giving it 5 stars for customer service minus 2 stars for the horrible location and parking.

I was in town visiting family and my father gave me a painting of his, so came to this store to have it mailed back to my home in Texas, the employee ( owner?) Packed this painting as if it was going to her family! Can't thank you enough for the safe packing!

I am an artist who regularly ships large, high value items. I have tried numerous UPS stores around town, and this one is by far the best! They have the friendliest staff, and are always true to the quotes that they provide me over the phone (surprisingly a very rare thing). This is not the closest UPS store to me, but it is the only one I will ever use.

I came here twice for fingerprinting. The first time I didn’t realize that I need to complete 2 different sets. Both times the owner was very accommodating and assisted me. I also didn’t realize that I was arriving before their set fingerprinting time and she was very sweet and able to accommodate me.

I have been using this location for many years and am always treaded like appreciate my business. I recently had Passport Photos done...it took less than 5 minutes! Erin was very pleasant and friendly. Thanks for the great service.
