Sid they would call me regarding a personal loan as soon as they had further information. They never did so I tried calling. I called more than 10 times and they never answered. Had to drive thirty minutes to get my information. Horrible branch.

Don't do business with this bank. They can close your account at any time for any reason and not even tell you why. I've been with them for 15+ years until they locked my account, forced me to be on the phone for over an hour and then just say they're closing everything I have. How can you trust a bank that won't be honest with you? Go with literally anyone else.

I absolutely love the customer service at this branch. I opened multiple accounts and was extrremely pleased with the assistance given. Later I had to remove money in large sums and was waived fees that were attached. Every time I went thereafter the same people no matter which one it was provided courteous and efficient customer service. Everyone is professional, friendly and efficinent. I am not impressed with this bank branch. I cash my checks here, as they are drawn on this bank. Previously, I never had to PAY to cash the checks, but this last visit the teller identified himself as the bank manager. He asked about why I didn't have an account at the bank and what he would have to do to get me to start one. I told him I would start one of I could start it with a trainee. I was a car salesman and knew that there is benefit to employees who get new customers. He told me he didn't know when she would be working again and that was that. When he counted out my money, he held back $7! I asked where the rest of my money was and he claimed that they charge to cash checks is you don't have an account. I explained that I never had to pay before and he said they were probably training someone and that was why they didn't. I was not convinced but did not want to raise a stink with so many people waiting in line. Needless to say, I do not recommend using this bank. I was not told ahead of time that there would be a charge to cash the check. I had even expressed an interest in opening an account. Yet they still charged me money to cash a check.

I had an account problem. Went to the bank in person.Teller Lisa quickly and efficiently took care of it and in a very pleasant way.Kudos to the bank for hiring her too.

Set up a i virtual appointment and no one was there. Called the branch twice and was sent to voicemail. My acct was closed due to inactivity with zero notice.

Consistently takes 20-30 minutes to drop a deposit.I've been coming here for 2 years, once a month to drop a deposit. I've never seen more than 2 tellers working, the line is always at least 5 people long, the drive thru is almost always closed and there's no outside drop.I've never left a review due to my own impatience. But it seems after 2 years they don't have interest in improving the staffing problem.If it was up to me, my shop would bank elsewhere.

I have had problems with the drive up ATM for years here. It nearly always rejects the cash I am inserting for deposits. If I get out of my vehicle and walk up to the ATM by the branch door it works every time. Fix your machine. This area is increasingly unsafe. Customers should not have to exit their vehicles with cash.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. In 2019, they charged me 4 overdraft fees. 2 of which hit my account before it was even over drafted, which then threw it into being overdrafted, causing the other 2. I went in and spoke with them in 2020 about this and the woman I spoke with told me they would remove 2 of the overdraft fees.Instead of doing this, they sent me to collections. I will never ever ever recommend US Bank to anyone ever and as soon as my credit card is paid off, I will be closing my final account with them and never banking there again. Find a credit union, they're much better than any bank, especially US Bank.

Waited at the drive up window for 5+ minutes. Unbelievable! We rang the bell but nobody even came to acknowledge us. Poor poor poor customer services. I guess it's time to close our accounts!

U.S. Bank is absolutely shady trash. Opened an account here since I moved to Oregon from out of state. Was told by the banker to just write checks from my old account to my new account until my disability check direct deposit got figured out. Deposited the check I wrote myself. Receipt said $200 of $600 available. That makes sense. I understand. So wrote $200 in bills and sent them off. Noticed 3 days later that the balance showed $640 but only $40 was available. They froze the whole $600 as of 4/8 and it won't be released until 4/19 even though my bank paid it on 4/8. I called the branch and they referred me to "back office" an 800 number. After speaking with 5 people and the fraud department, I was essentially told it was completely random and they can do it whenever they want because it's in their terms and conditions. They said it was up to the branch. Called the branch again and they claimed they had nothing to do with it and no one could help. I just got a notice in the mail on 4/13 notifying me that they put the hold on it because they had reason to believe that the check wouldn't be paid. Absolute bull. Total trash keeping more than half a persons monthly disability when they have already been paid. Now my bills are going to bounce and I can't pay the ones that are due. I will close this account as soon as my money is available and will never do business with this shady Uncle Joe "back office" operation.

Stay away from urban. Very poor customer service. I maintain a balance of over 17k and still got charged a maintenance fee of $25 per month which they would not wave for the months that were charged...the local.branch must make money and have incentives to charge you..

Mask police. Gentleman very angry and rude to me for not wearing a mask. Very unpleasant experience.
