Sid they would call me regarding a personal loan as soon as they had further information. They never did so I tried calling. I called more than 10 times and they never answered. Had to drive thirty minutes to get my information. Horrible branch.

Don't do business with this bank. They can close your account at any time for any reason and not even tell you why. I've been with them for 15+ years until they locked my account, forced me to be on the phone for over an hour and then just say they're closing everything I have. How can you trust a bank that won't be honest with you? Go with literally anyone else.

Waited at the drive up window for 5+ minutes. Unbelievable! We rang the bell but nobody even came to acknowledge us. Poor poor poor customer services. I guess it's time to close our accounts!

Stay away from urban. Very poor customer service. I maintain a balance of over 17k and still got charged a maintenance fee of $25 per month which they would not wave for the months that were charged...the local.branch must make money and have incentives to charge you..

Avoid Avoid AVOID!!!!!!! This bank for loans or mortgages. We actually dodged a bullet for not changing our mortgage to this horrid place!!!!!! They reflect their mistakes on the consumers. My mother is suffering delinquency credit score. Just because they didn't bother sending the reminder mail to the correct address. They sent the reminder mail multiple times to the wrong address that does not even exist. And refuse to fix the mistake. Either way we will be suing them, because this is causing us a big heartache for our lives. We cannot buy a car, even a refrigerator or get a loan for a pathetic amount of 500 dollars. Even though we can afford to pay it off in a week.

Make sure you've got all day! I've never had a quick experience here. Also, I had to have something notarized and the gentleman made mistakes three separate times - meaning I had to visit FOUR times to get something notarized (and delaying the thing the paperwork was for). If a branch can't get the easy things right, can you really trust them with the difficult things? Not as easily...

I have had so much trouble with US Bank that I cannot recommend this bank to anyone. The only bank business I do in person is to get quarters for the laundry machine and yet this straightforward mundane service always seems to take a great deal of time. They won't give quarters at the drive-through and each time I have gone inside the bank, I have been one of the only customers in there and yet I have to wait an inordinate amount of time. I scheduled a bill pay for the 11th of January and I saw today that they had rescheduled it for a week later, which means I will probably be charged late fees. Very poor service overall.

My experiences with in person banking at USBank have been good for the past 20 years, however, their website for online banking is the worst website I attempt to use on a regular basis. The site won't load, freezes, kicks me off in the middle of trying to complete online banking. We recently upgraded to faster Internet service and I hoped this would help, but nope. Same terrible US Bank website. I have business bank accounts with a different large bank and I never have these issues with their website. Especially during the pandemic, when people are trying to take care of tasks online, using the US Bank website is maddening. Some days I never get logged on. Other days, I will finally get into the site after 2, 3, 4 or more attempts. If you use online banking, I would recommend you choose a different bank.

I don't personally bank here but I had such a great experience with my teller Alex. Very professional. Great conversation. Covered all the bases. Just figured it's nice to give some recognition where it's due. He handled all my questions with ease, and was very friendly. Times are very hard right now during a global pandemic and the stress everyone has these days, it's nice to see some people who can roll with the punches and still get it done, because working in customer service I can say during these times some people are still very inconsiderate and sometimes rude to these essential workers as Ive dealt with and witnessed it myself, so I'm sure he's dealt with these issues and still seemed to be enjoying his job. my mom banks here and she always has nice things to say about this location as well and I see why. Thanks !

I came in and got $3000 worth of CANADA money to pay for my car that's stuck in CANADA this weekend. The two ladies were really nice and triple checked all of the money. If you need to exchange money, try and do it with your bank first and it will take 2 days to order money (like chase). If you need to exchange money NOW, this works great. It does give you a transaction fee for exchanging. Less percent if you are with US BANK, I wish I was. Great service though!!! i am also on crutches and they even offered to help me bring my money to my car. Very thoughtful. Thank you!!

Scam ! Stay away from this place. After fees and ridiculous exchange rate you will end up with as much as 15% fees . I went to Wells fargo and got almost $80 more on a $500 exchange

Heading to Amsterdam and wanted Euros to pay for my lodging. Was given 1,335 Euros for $1,695. If I had used Pott Change in Dam Square in Amsterdam, would have gotten $1,475. So, it cost me 140 Euros to use Travelex. What a ripoff. Will never use them again; you can get better exchange rates in the country you are traveling than this "US" company.

Lying sacks of you-know-what. Their website says nothing about fees for getting under $500 or whatever the absurdly high limit is. I tried to call multiple times throughout the day and no one ever answered. So I show up in person and I'm told if I want $100 CAD for $80 USD, I would have to pay $10 USD as a fee. Um, that is a ridiculously high fee. My debit card has a 3% foreign exchange fee vs. Travelex's fee, which worked out to about 12.5% for what I wanted. Honestly, you should check with your bank if you need to exchange money. The rates will probably be far better than Travelex. It's true that Travelex does have the foreign currency on-hand if you're desperate, but if you have the time, ask your bank. I also discovered that my Southwest credit card has no foreign exchange rate. In the end, it was easier to charge everything on my credit card and then just take out a little cash on my bank card.

This Travelex is located within the US Bank. I was scratching my head, trying to figure what to give a close friend for her wedding, and decided to gift her some Euros for her honeymoon. Really, I could've planned it better to avoid paying exorbitant fees, but if you're in a rush to buy Euros, this is the place. They have NEW, crisp bills ("we just printed them this morning, harhar") and can do denominations as small as 5e. Anyone who's been to the continent knows how pesky the 50s and 100s from the ATM can be...
