I usually come here to drop off packages but recently they have been closing on Saturdays and having rude staff here. I asked the lady if they accept QR codes and responded rudely. This place is going down hill. Needs some work.

They make too many mistakes. More often than not they either loose my mail I receive someone else's mail. I've complained to the postmaster a few times to no avail.

I get there at 12:30 the front desk attendant claims they are closed at 12:30. If they close for break/ lunch. It needs to be on the schedule at the front door. But as indicated in the picture. It's not. Such a waste of people's time especially when it's lunch break time that people has only few minutes to finish daily chores. Pathetic.

Not even a star, the location might be convenient but the agent always receives customers with rude attitude, he does not know how a customer should be treated (he should get educated about customer service).
That was not my first time sending a package from there but it is the last one.
When you get inside the store that agent is bothered.
Not recommend.

After waiting in line for nearly 30 minutes, I was told they were going to charge me $9.50 for a standard envelope if I add tracking on it. If you google the cost, it should only be an additional .90 cents!!!! This place is a total RIPOFF! Never going back there again. I think there scamming people and should be investigated as they've done this to other people i know as well.

Guy with dread locks is the rudest individual behind the counter he was on his phone and didn't want to give me a receipt for my package that I dropped off needs to treat people better and not make his phone more important than his job

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went to this location since itâs close to home. Went in and there was a gentleman in front of me being helped. Most people donât know which labels to use or how to reference shipping options. The gentleman asked questions only to receive condescending responses. When I approached the counter, I asked if I should use the Priority shipping label for basic shipping. I too was met with condescending responses. I went to the side counter to write my shipping address on the package. I decided at that point I was going to walk out and take my service elsewhere. I got to my car and my bf asked why I didnât ship the package. I told him the employee was being rude so he asked if I wanted him to go in and ship the package. After contemplating for a few minutes, I asked him to go in. Not a surprise, my bf was treated the same way. Clearly the employee doesnât like being at work. I wonât be back to this location if I see the same employee at the counter.

Service is great. Knowledgeable, patient, and do their job despite what other people say. Lived in the area for years. Customers need to start taking âownershipâ of their own things. If you donât want to tape or box your merchandise, you will have to payâ pretty simple as that. It just canât be expected for everything to be free just because you want it as if the employee owns the store! They are workers not owners! They canât take the merchandise off the counter to give to customers for free! Pay for it, itâs your package! Tired of people complaining for things which are their responsibilities NOT the underpaid and overworked employees.
Secondly, âPEOPLEâ go to the main branch if you need all the options!! Simple as that! And stop complaining for waiting if you donât have time! MAKE TIME! Itâs your stuff. Nobody ânot the employeeâ is forcing you to go when you do not have time!
People⊠customer service does NOT mean you as a customer get everything for FREE, at the speed of light with a smile. I come here and employees are nice, respectful and do the best they can.
