Was not informed about a charge for transferring data. They just kind of did it without asking and charged me at the end of getting a new phone. I know how to transfer data. My generation invented modern phones, thanks.

Just had a fantastic experience at this store. So sorry I forgot to get the name of the bilingual young man who helped me upgrade two iPhone 14s for $0.01/month this evening. He walked me through the process in my app, making sure I got the best deal. Helped me to get express pick up done so I could leave the store with the phones and applied two screen protectors flawlessly.
10/10, highly recommend. Give this guy a raise!

Franklin Martinez was extremely helpful. Setting up my phone I ordered online which was a nightmare but once I went into the store. He had everything taken care within an hour. The store manager was superb. Definitely. Recommend this location if you want Reliable help thank you .

Disappointed in the level of cohesive customer service between the store and call centers. Also beyond frustrated that CSAs keep offering me upgrades before they even read the notes on my account and find out that's not the answer. Wouldn't really recommend this location or Kyocera phones to anyone.
Edit: Edgar it's rude to keep checking your phone, and talk to your coworker about how much you want to work at the Tigard store in front of the customer instead of helping me. I complained about the SE Asian call centers because they have extended this process too long because of what has been lost in translation. Or maybe the are like you and just dont really care about give good customer service. Your only point of redemption was resolving the sim card issue.

I went to verizon after losing crushing my phone. I expected it to be long and a hassle like all other times, but it wasn't even close to that! Daniel, and his specialist helped me very quickly. Reassured me that they could save my stuff from my old phone and they did just that! They were extremely patient and helpful. Thank you for treating me like a valuable customer! You both deserve a pay raise!

Last week, I went into Verizon to add my two friends onto my plan. Abraham had helped us with this process and was very communicative throughout it all and everything seemed to be going well! We didn’t get there early enough to have them set up the phones so my friends were going to do it at home. Unfortunately only one phone got added to the plan correctly and the other did not. Im not entirely sure what happened there, but Abraham added one phone incorrectly so my friend couldn’t set up her phone. Now we are having to coordinate meeting up before Verizon closes with our very busy schedules, and trying to figure it out. It has been a huge hassle. It has been over a week of returning to the store and calling and nothing has happened. I cannot get access to my pin on my account or fix this situation at all through the phone. This is unfortunate because I like Verizon but I’m not so sure after this.

They had a "promotion" going on earlier in 2017 where you traded in an older phone and got a huge chunk off a new galaxy S8+. I took the deal and traded in an Iphone 6s and was told I would get over $200 in value. Thing is I have YET to receive credit for the Iphone I turned in.
Supposedly a new employee who worked with me was unaware of how the promotion worked. That does not mean that they can basically steal an Iphone from me though.
I've waited about a year for the issue to be resolved but have not heard back from them. Luckily I still have all receipts and proof so I will have to escalate this until I get some form of compensation for the IPhone6s.
The workers there work like snails, and you can know more about the tech with a quick google search. I would recommend finding another location.
Edit: after 6 years I never received compensation. The employee must’ve stolen it or something

horrible management, two ladies who are working there as managers are the worst ones to help and before I even explain my situation and before even they look at my phone online she was jumping on me to try not to help , what kinda customer service is that I never experienced anywhere else
