Faith, the manager is the best customer service Verizon manager i have encountered. if you have questions about family plans and setting up controls of your child's iPhone, Faith is the person you need to see where ever you are.

I came to the store after spending a lot of time on the phone with Support. Abraham was great about fixing my problem quickly and efficiently. He also provided information that I wanted about a potential future phone upgrade.

Off-handed remarks outside the store by an associate before I even walked inside. From Beginning to End, nothing was accomplished.It was an extremely discouraging in-store experience with at least 7 or more associates inside, like a clique of high school billies. One associate kept interrupting discussion by asking "What's the problem?" They are Oblivious.The Problem is Piss-Poor Customer Service. The Solution was to go to another store location where the staff is obviously managed under ideal leadership.I contacted Corporate to report them. Never going back.

The Fall of Customer Service. Associates that either lie to your face or bully you. I listened to more offhand conversation than needed, while waiting on clear answers. Be very careful if you visit this store.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I think people should be aware of what they are getting into. Very disappointing experience. I was told at the end that their job is not actually customer service. I have talked to 5 people and in the end I have a $45 SIM card I can’t use. Bad experience all around.

There was another review for this store I felt like cheering an "AMEN!!" into because I identified with her so whole-heartedly. I am also NOT a latest and greatest phone person and when my phone starts misbehaving or I thin I should start looking to upgrade I am ANGRY... I have had so many issues getting massively gaslighted at 3 previous cell phone companies that were just beyond ridiculous. Like telling me I was a valuable customer and after having the same phone for 3 years that was currently not working right & hanging up on people I could pay them RIGHT NOW over $300 for the privilege to pay more to upgrade my phone. Then flat out saying they could not explain why I needed to pay all this money but that the supervisor's suervisor's supervisor said so...but thank you for being a VALUED customer. That was 2 years ago and I hung up, called Verizon who set up a new phone for free in 15 minutes. With all that PTSD, I received phone upgrade info and was twitching a bit but genuinely was thinking a new phone did sound good as I use it for photos and was looking to up my quality game. I called and a nice enough fellow arranged a straight swap trade in which was pretty exciting - just a $35 upgrade fee. My only two complaints were that he said that there was a case on sale from $59.99 down to $4.99 but that was for a different phone (but seriously grabbed a really killer one from Amazon for $7.99 so whatever.... waited a day for Prime shipping) and also I mentioned having the store do the data transfer - especially since I was going in to pick up the phone anyway. Legitimately I am not a phone person - I want to tap on that damned thing as little as humanly possible - it is annoying enough knowing I will have to log back into all the things and have everything I access get to know the new phone. I am just constantly moving with fifty plates spinning at once so any wrench in the cog is just ...well, annoying. I walked in and was actually pissed off and trying to hide it because it was busy and a guy says there are three people in front of me and I thought at first he was dismissive. He actually wasn't - he was straight forward pointing out places to sit down saying they would be with me as soon as they could and genuinely he really addressed me the second I walked in which is great since they were pretty busy. And I actually was only waiting maybe five minutes when another person came over, addressing me by name and saying I was up next and it should just be a few more moments. Ok, wow...thanks. He had barely given me the update when another person came over asking how he could help me. When I said the upgraded phone I was told I could pick up. He was gone for a bit and brought the new phone out. I asked about the data transfer and he said it was $29.99 for them to do it. Flat out - having it done right...YES PLEASE. Plus he wiped my old phone and reset it so it is now ready for me to ship back when I get the box to do so. He tried to intake it there but confirmed with the powers that be I need to send it but just knowing it is wiped and ready is so great and the data transfer took longer but he really made sure it was done right. Another one of the reps came over to say hi and we three ended up having a great chat while waiting for the phones to do their thing since it was now slower in there. Everyone was just so friendly and seriously, technology is a bit of a pain point to deal with so having people treat you humanely and also making sure everything gets done right. And, I love my new phone, had next to no issues at all - just those little, first time opening an app hiccups that were much less of a burden. It is nice to know that I am likely in pretty great hands should I need to go into the store again.

Robert lied right to our faces. We went in to get unlimited data and also bought a new phone. He looked right in our faces and said he got an $800 credit for the trade in phone and that the payment for the new phone would be $11 a month. He also said worst case scenario the bill would be $219 a month. He then asked us if we wanted the Disney Plus package and I said no. He added that anyway. When looking at my future bill it will be 319 a month. There was no $800 credit for the phone and the payment for the phone is $33 a month. I managed to get it down by adding my husband's veteran status and automatic payment but it's still $20 more a month than I had been paying before. I shouldn't be surprised that he lied right to my face because that has happened before with Verizon employees. It must be part of the requirement to be hired there to be an outright liar. I knew going in that I was going to be lied to and manipulated but, silly me, I still had hope that someone could be honest. I only gave my experience one star because it will not let me give it negative stars

Robert was amazing at helping me get my cell number transferred to my new phone. Turns out the order through the app didn’t get the plan set up correctly and he fixed it (and resolved things so I wouldn’t be charged unnecessarily). Highly recommend seeing Robert if you go here!

Went into the store with a large mess attempting to move a SIM card from an AT&T phone and a few other tricky things. All of the representatives seemed highly competent as I watched them work and field answers. Robert helped us with our situation and he truly saved the day and cleaned up the whole mess we had made.

Bought an iPhone here six weeks ago, great service. Returned today because I had trouble registering the screen protector and I had an issue. Robert was an amazingly helpful and pleasant representative!

I believe the lady who helped me was named B. She single handedly defused my anger at her store, helped me with my problem, and was able to bill a new device to my account. This is so far the only employee who gets 5 stars from me. Other occasions, I receive help and am immediately pressured into getting home internet. Or I am sent to the Apple Store 20 minutes away as the technician has convinced me it is not a Verizon issue (when it in fact was). Again, thank you B!

If I could give zero stars I would, the customer service was terrible. I spoke with Robert and Nicole, as soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Nicole and a few other Employees when I explained my situation and how I was instruction by Verizon customer support “Wendell “ ( amazing service from wendell) to bring iPhone into store because they would be able to help me, but instead I was just giving attitude by Robert the entire time he was helping me, Robert also proceeded to say“ will you be coming back to the store again “sarcastically with a grin I replied and I replied and said “I hope this issue doesn’t occur again so I don’t have to come back” in the time it took to help me and disrespect me two other customers walked out of the store because of the attitude of the employees over all I can say I won’t be going back.
