Management team is super friendly and has been easy to work with. Property is really well taken care of, and apartments are nice.
I love the location. Its super walkable in downtown Beaverton, as well as to the grocery store and more. Transit center nearby.

Apartment is simple, nice, and spacious. The manager Christine, assistant manager Alex H and maintenance supervisor Kevin are all very helpful and kind. I highly recommend living here and give it 5 stars.

We have lived at Verso for 4 years and love it. What is most outstanding are the people who work there. Kevin the maintenance supervisor is amazing in every way. He is always making sure that maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. Chris, the property manager goes above and beyond to help with anything. The building is located close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Many places are in easy walking distance. Truly a great place to call home!

We’ve lived here for just about 2.5 years now and have loved every second of it. I genuinely have had 0 complaints with this apartment and the complex in total. The location is great, the apartment layouts are great (beautiful big windows too — lots of light) the staff (Christine and Alex) are great, the food and coffee downstairs and close by are awesome, we never hear our neighbors (thick walls), the gym is reasonably nice, and maintenance (Kevin and team) are not only great at their jobs but incredibly accommodating and kind. I would recommend anybody to live here.

I haven't toured or tried to move here at all (yet), but it is nice to know from at least one other review that when you point out a problem in a 1 star review, they actually respond to the problem directly, rather than leave some half a** response and direct you to call, text, or email them in order for the problem to be solved (though that could very well be because the person leaving the review mentioned having tried to call and not been able to reach them, but even then, that's more than can be said about other places).

We moved into these apartments in Feb of this year, and it’s been great. The property manager Christine is so kind and the area surrounding it is beautiful! We like walking to the library nearby or walking to the nearby stores. The apartments themselves are very clean and well insulated, and all the amenities are new and up-to-date. Highly recommend it

My wife and I have lived here for 2 years and it has been wonderful. The hallways, amenity rooms and interior common space is kept clean at all times. The community has taken feedback from residents about the amenity rooms and gym and invested money in to those spaces. The building feels safe and secure. The Latch door system is essential if you want to ensure safety. Everyone in the building that we have met has also been wonderful. Would recommend living here. Also a great location for tons of walkable restaurants and farmers market!

the worst place to apply because if you are not accepted they will take almost 3 months to return your deposit. First they say the address is no good and then they send it again and say the address does not exist. I NEED MY MONEY and every day they come up with a different excuse. They say my address is wrong but how strange when I order through AMAZON, WALMART always arrives at my door with NO PROBLEM. they are the worst and do not solve anything.

After more than 100 days since we moved out, Verso still has NOT refunded our security and pet deposits, even though they confirmed we are entitled to the full amount. We were informed that they had a problem with their system, but it is unacceptable that they haven't refunded us after so long. Unfortunately, legal action is the next step.

Really had no issues while living here for the two years we lived there. The minor inconvenience of living on the second floor is that people often would drop things too large down the garbage Shute and clog up the Shute which would be taken care of within at most a week. I’d really like to shout out to Kevin the maintenance manager he is extremely friendly respectful and very helpful.

My door lock has been broken for almost 2 months now, I've had to put in a few maintenance requests as well as emailed a few people in management several times. For the most part I've been ignored or told to just wait with no ETA or information on when it will be fixed. This seems like a safety issue for me honestly.
Edit: Also editing because I forgot to mention that there is also a light that someone ran over around the same time that has exposed wires. Its super close to the walking path and I see it from my window every day. It's also been down and not fixed for about 2 months too.
Edit 2 9/18/2024: They gave me a response and told me that they could change the latch the day after I posted this. The maintenance team is super awesome and friendly. The issue has been resolved and I'm super happy about that. I've updated the number of stars because both issues were fixed and I finally got communication but I'm sad that it took so much to get any communication.

earlier review: Hey there Verso property management team, this fountain of water from your irrigation has been going on for at least a week. I can't get through by phone so here is a heads up. Don't worry about the one-star review, I'll clear it up as soon as the issue is fixed!
