The highlighted features are commonly broke, i.e. steam room has been down well over a month in the women’s locker room. This is after it had recently been down a few weeks prior for multiple days. For the cost of membership, there is zero regard for members who pay a lot of money for these amenities. Unfortunately having conversations with the leadership personnel progressed nowhere and there wasn't an attempt to resolve my experience.

We have been members at Villa for eight years and have enjoyed it as a family. There is something for each of us, both for fitness and recreation. We especially enjoy the outdoor pools and lounge amenities.

Villa was a great club, unfortunately, lately it feels like it's falling apart. When I say falling apart, I mean it. The steam room in the ladies side is not working. They hot water was not working last week, the swimming suits centrifuge equipment it's broken 50% of the time. It is sad to see what is happening to Villa. in the past, they used to have great events for the whole family, including Hawaiian days barbecues, and our aqua aerobics for all members. Lately that is nowhere to be seen. I hope we can bring Villa back to what it used to be.

Cons: The indoor swimming pool play feature is closed a majority of the time. Every time we go it's closed for years now.
**The outdoor kids play features are off a majority of the time too. There's always a reason yet it's been years.
**It's a let down to my child and the parents we speak with at the facility.
**The steam room is often out of order this time it's been nearly a month.
**Yes the lockers act up at times
**Prices for food and drinks are incredibly high.
For $179/mo for my child and I this is a pretty big let down.
Pros:
- Friendly ladies on staff downstairs.
-Childcare is nice.
-yoga class is Awesome
Overall members pay a lot and these issues are persistent.

Good facility but customer service like updating, returning calls, resolving billing issues is not great.

Kind staff and easy navigating the facilities. The pool is always a good time! Nice to have multiple eating options outside and inside.

Great facility. Love using the pools. Teachers for classes are awesome! I would like it to be cleaner though, like it was 7 years ago.

charter member here still digging it. I really enjoy the pools hot tubs. I wish they would do a better job of keeping the kids out of adult locker rooms. And it would be nice to be able to use the basketball court without a bunch of kids in it as well. Trying to be a posh gym and they have a bunch of kids running around. Oh well nothings perfect.

We've been members for nearly 2 years and love coming here. Sometimes the family locker room is a little packed but otherwise no complaints!

We love to take our kids to the pool in the summer and the childcare is great. it gives us a chance to get a workout in while our kids have supervision and the kids always have a great time while there. Childcare staff are always friendly with both parents and kids.

I love swimming and this club has options of both indoor and outdoor pools to get my laps in. They are well maintained and coupled with the other amenities makes for a great place to work out.

This a great gym that is a great experience for the whole family. The daycare is really nice while we work out and the kids really enjoy it. Their pools are also really nice that the whole family enjoys.

villa is a nice family style club. we love bringing the kids for the day care while we workout. The outdoor pool in the summer is a blast for the family. The club can be quite dirty at times and there often outages in the steam rooms and hot tubs. I do think they can invest a little more in upgrades especially with competition from lifestyle not to far away.

Have been a member since 2019. I came here for the Villa kids club. The kids really love it and the people working here are great! All my grandkids love to come play here and in the winter it's a fun indoor play area to get some of the energy out. Before COVID there were more amenities that I thought they might get back after they reopened fully but sadly no. The pools are lovely and with 15 lap lanes it's usually pretty easy to get a lane. Someone said that the pools are cold but I'm a senior and I swim outside everyday even in the winter. The water is warm enough to keep me warm when its in the 40's and 50's most of the winter. They move the water aerobics class inside during the winter. Everyone that works here is friendly and helpful and I love that they are very careful who they hire for the kids club. They really enjoy the children and that makes them want to come play. Also I love the way they change stations so they get some art work, games and group activities in while they are there. The kids can all go swimming after I get finished and pick them up. One day of swimming at THPRD for us costs about $25. That almost pays for a month of 2 hrs of childcare per day and swimming. So it's much less expensive to come here than even the "not as much fun" local pools. And we can go anytime the pools open and not just a few times available in a day. They love the huge slide and balance disks!

Villa Sport is a beautiful club. Walking in, you are greeted with warm, welcoming smiles! Colleen makes water aerobic fun with her enthusiasm! I've had many instructors over the years. She's the best! She's full of life and motivating! The poolside bar has excellent and friendly staff with an attitude of wanting to serve. Gabby is great! Ella is great. Always warm greetings! A few suggestions for improvement: The area around the pool deck is not kept up. (Baindaids, food spilled, wrappings, junk left for over a week! Now the hard part; Hot tub and pool is not kept up consistently. Bathrooms not maintained! Runs out of toilet paper consistently! Soap, and paper towels not as frequent, but much too often. Especially the one by the lifeguards. Kinda makes me wonder why the lifeguards don't report it! How do they wash their hands? Suggestion: a checklist indicating when the bathroom was cleaned and stocked. Poor communication from management about changes from the prior year. (I.e. no longer accepting cash at snack bars) Notify members when water aerobic class changes locations. 64° and cold water is hard on the joints for older members). Suggetions: Bins for dirty towels should placed at all pool door exits. Lanes should marked, "Lap swim"or leisure. Complaint: Leisure lane was expanded while I was swimming laps, and they didn't tell me. They just took the lane and merged it with the other in the middle of my swim and didn't have the courtest to stop me first. It was rude. They literally just squeezed me out of my lane. That was handled very poorly! (There were only 8 people in the leisure lane all standung against the wall! (Each lane already had two swimmers, so I had to wait for a lane to open up.) It's a great place! Great staff! There's always room for improvement.
