This location needs to hire friendly staff. This is the third time I’ve talked with the same lady that works in the passport photo area that has curly hair. She is so rude and aggressive to talk to every time I’ve seen her. Very unprofessional.

I needed to fill a late night prescription here and had a smooth experience -- no wait, item was ready when I arrived, and I was out the door in 5 min or less with zero complications. I had prepared myself for a mess of an experience based upon other pharmacy adventures recently and was pleasantly surprised. I will note that I had reached out to both my insurance and Walgreens beforehand to make sure Walgreens was in-network, which may have helped the process along.

Every visit I’ve made at various times and days of the week - minimum 20 minute wait. Wait to drop off, wait to pick up. This store lacks efficiency and people power to keep things moving. No regard for peoples time. Sadly there are few choices in our area and for non-mail in scripts, you’re stuck waiting and waiting and waiting.

David, the pharmacist, needs a training in proper customer service. Refills had, for whatever reason, went to this location instead of the one that I've been using for 6 years. When attempting to discuss this issue with him, he gave me attitude which caused me to raise my voice (did not curse and my voice could have been a lot louder). He cut me off when I was trying to explain the situation. Told me two different things about where my prescriptions were (they were picked up, they were still there). He hung up on me when I was talking and asking him a question without stating that he was going to hang up. Completely unprofessional-you don't want to work that shift and deal with people....then find another job.

I can never get through to anyone to determine if the meds I’ve ordered have been received and are being filled. I started calling tonight at 1:00am. It’s 2:54am and still no answer

At moment of purchase employee acknowledged coupon and information but didn’t do anything to honor the coupon so had to buy at full price. I did clip the coupon with plenty of time before, for it to reflect. Had to order online and pick up in order to get my digital coupon to work. Will be returning product that was bought at full price.

I called on the phone and they said that they had a 90 day supply(my local
Walgreens did not) so I drove lol the way out to this location. Then they told me that they actually only had 5 pills.
Didn’t see to worried about the inconvenience it caused…

the worst pharmacy the employees have horrible faces they treat you badly I asked an employee for the receipt and she told me to look in my gmail because she couldn't give it to me, they never give you your coupons there it's the second time I've gone and they never want to give me the coupons, definitely one of the worst
