Terri's customer service was TOP TIER!!! my Walmart delivery driver swapped my order with someone else. After 2 hours of trying to sort it out with walmart.com, I went to the store and Terri went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. Thank you!!!!!

The good: Usually well stocked, clean, competitive prices.
Opportunity for improvement: Far too much reliance on self check. Many employees standing around waiting to help - why not just have real checkers and baggers? I don’t get it. I really believe their analytics, that tells them that only having self check is somehow good business, is extremely flawed. I would shop there much more often (and they would likely get 5 stars from me) if it were not for that.

It's just a food store. This is great since so many places are trying to be everything to everyone instead of just doing one thing well. There is a pharmacy, though. That's totally fine.

Went to the Beaverton store to return an item. There was no one there at customer service was told they were busy in the back and to come back 2 hours later. Asked to talk to a manager and the manager Ruth told the employee she would not talk to me. Horrible service

They have nothing but self checkout lanes now, which is fine because I prefer those, but the self checkout employees hover and are rude! They have an attitude of disdain.They treat me like they think I am stealing or something. I have never understood why, considering I never have! It used to really bother me and I took it personally. Especially since I have always been polite. I thought it was just me, but after reading the reviews it appears they treat lots of people like that. I have been shopping here since they opened, and have bought most of my monthly groceries here. Most of the employees at the checkouts, and customer service, have always been unprofessional and condescending, but it just seems to have gone from bad to worse in the last few years. Now I just ignore the employees as much as possible, do my shopping and get out. I really hate going there.

I used their app. I changed my payment method to a different card. There was an error in their app that it switched the payment method to my default card. I called customer service, I went into the store. Both stated I needed to bring in all items, and some of my items weren't returnable. They did not accept error for their app, and blamed me for picking wrong card. They would not void out the transaction, and run on another card.
I have worked in finance for a lot of years, and even was a cashier at a grocery store. They were always able to void out a transaction, and put it on a separate card. This is the worst experience I've ever had at a grocery store.
I will never shop here again. I will be letting everyone I know who shops here know what happened. I will also be filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
Ive shopped at this store since it has opened. I've spend hundreds of dollars at this store. This is absolutely terrible experience.
