“My love for watches has recently been re-ignited. I wore the same watch for Rolex watch for 10 years and then thought it would be a cool idea to gift it up to my dad for his 70th. Not having a watch that I could wear somehow got me "back into" watches again... Ben Bridge is mu local authorized dealer fro Rolex and other brands and so went in there to express interest in a couple of time pieces. I was greeted by Anela who was not only extremely knowlegable about all the products in great detail but treated me in a way that just felt great... Warm and welcoming. Anela took her time to ask me questions about what pieces I may be interested in and then after seeing some display noted some down. Even though my desired pieces are incredibly difficult to find she didn't scoff at the idea and wrote them down for reference. Several months later I was delighted to receive a phone call that one of the two pieces were actually available!!! It was a Rolex GMT Master 2 Lefty on Oyster bracelet. I went to collect it with my wife and was an experience to remember. I would most definitely recommend the store and especially Anela for their deep expertise in watches and jewelry.”

“My wife and I both recently purchased watches at this Ben Bridge location and it was a great experience. We worked with Gina who did an awesome job helping us get the exact models we were looking for. She was excellent with following up when she said she would and kept us up to date frequently. Gina was very professional and it was easy to see that she really cared about customer service. On the days we picked up our watches she took lots of time going through sizing options and the features of our watches. The store itself isn't very large (probably due to being in a downtown location), but it was well stocked, clean, and comfortable. Street parking was easy, but the may also validate parking. We're excited to go back and are happy to recommend shopping here!”

“Swarovski is absolutely a staple in Washington square mall! They are a luxury retailer but what drew me in was the amazing ? customer service. Ryan specifically was extremely helpful gave amazing recommendations and didn't push me into buying a product I don't want. “We went to so many jewelry stores, looking for my husband's wedding band, and found the perfect gold band here. The staff were super nice and helpful and I really appreciated them. Other jewelry stores had staff that were either really pushy or had super sleezy salesperson vibes. Everyone I interacted with here was genuinely very kind and helpful and knowledgeable, and it just was like a way better experience than any of the other jewelry stores we went to. Definitely would recommend checking it out!”

“I went in because my phone wouldn’t turn on and I was freaking out about losing important items. I was helped by Alden and he was the best! He was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! We were there almost 1.5 hours and honestly time flew by. He was able to fix my phone and it ended up being no charge! I couldn’t believe it. So thankful for his help and I would definitely drive to this location again if I have any future issues.”
