“Had a great experience here buying a new TV. I usually default to Best Buy or Costco but V.O. is much better. Marc B. is a pro. Answered all questions I had on the phone, didn't pressure for an upsell, asked questions I hadn't thought about, and gave a price that beat the others. After the purchase he was also happy to help with tech questions I had for a fairly tricky install with an out-dated wall mount. Top notch customer service. I'll be back.”

“Gabe definitely “went the extra mile” when I was in the store last week. I was having some difficulty ordering photos (user error on my part, I’m sure) and he helped me. It might seem like a little deal, but to me it was important because both of the photos were sentimental gifts. Thank you Gabe! … in general, I know I will get great customer service when I go into The Shutterbug in Beaverton!”

“I had a great experience with Chelsea Audio. Ford took the time to understand what I was looking for instead of just trying to sell me equipment. What made this especially meaningful is that my speakers were originally purchased from Chelsea Audio by my dad about 35 years ago. Ford helped me choose a receiver that was a perfect match for those speakers and guided me through selecting a REL subwoofer and wireless adapter to complete the system. The result exceeded my expectations. Everything works together beautifully and the sound quality is incredible. It’s clear that Ford has a deep knowledge of hi-fi audio and genuinely cares about helping customers find the right equipment for their specific setup. If you’re looking for honest advice and a dealer that takes the time to get it right, I highly recommend Chelsea Audio. It’s pretty special to be enjoying speakers my dad bought from them decades ago, now paired with modern equipment that Ford helped me select.”

“So I was on my way home and I needed some sour cream. I didn’t want to stop at a big grocery store. This 7-Eleven was not your usual 7-Eleven, where the only people waiting here, are either smoking outside or trying to make a drug deal. This 7-Eleven had no riff raff and was clean and had more than just beer and donuts. And while it’s true I haven’t been to a 7-Eleven since I lived in California, I was expecting to see that 1 lone hot dog that had been sitting in the rotator for a month. But I was pleasantly surprised to see a fresh pizza made. They had all sorts of different foods. Need a protein bar? This is your place to go. Want a fresh slice of pizza? They have it. They have fruits and vegetables and they even had my sour cream. I was tempted to buy some chocolate cake on the way out, but I was in a hurry and I really appreciate that this store had what I needed. If this was a movie review I’d give it 2 Thumbs Way up! Thanks for being a Top notch convenience store.”

“I started coming to this 7-11 back in 1996. No joke. I was a kid back then, and I used to fill up on 25 cent individual Little Debbie treats. Back then, you could only get hot dogs, and taquitos came shortly after. I can't tell you how many times I visited this store over the years. I'd imagine I visited the store at least 1,000 times. I was there nearly every other day. I even remember the old layout! I dropped in recently and was happy to see the store was clean. The lady behind the counter on the weekend was extremely kind and helpful. Great to visit this place again.”
