I came to the Beaverton Town Square branch after starting a process with the Peterkort Branch. I was worried about glitches in the process, which unfortunately turned out to be true (including some mistakes I had made). Associate Banker Natalie Lisichenko handled my case professionally, even though I was not presenting my best self that day. Stephanie Campbell stepped in to assist and spent valuable time with me to walk me through every step and ensure the process was completed accurately. This was very generous and gave me great assurance during a very difficult time. I really appreciate Stephanie Campbell and Natalie Lisichencko's professionalism and caring hearts. I am very grateful for their assistance.

They lie.They stated that if I got a cashers check deposited 400 would be available immediately and the rest would come through at midnight. After having it deposited they now say that any of the deposited funds are unavailable until midnight.I am incredibly frustrated at being so blatantly and immediately lied to.

Trash business filled with trash people. Not normally how I do my reviews but this one is worth making the exception. Wells Fargo treated me poorly when I lived out of state and unfortunately it's the same here. I went in with my wife to cash a check I had just written her. We both had identification and were both present for this. We were waiting on the teller when she called the manager over. We were both a little unclear what was happening at that point. The manager then proceeded to tell us that she would not cash the check. She was not friendly and immediately started giving us attitude which was unwarranted. She claimed my signature didn't match based off a check that I had written to my wife maybe one month prior. I'm sure they were slightly different since I don't take 30 minutes every time I sign something to make sure the signatures are completely identical. Again we both had ID and they even admitted that my signature on my driver's license matched the check we were trying to cash. This put us in a REALLY bad situation since we never expected to be denied our own money at our bank. Again we had ID, an account there, and the person who wrote the check. What else could we have possibly done??? 1 star for being absolute garbage. Do us all a favor Wells Fargo and shut down already. Oh and look forward to my complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

I normally come on Saturdays and it's almost always quite busy with a line lasting more than a few minutes. But the tellers are always very nice and friendly, despite how busy they are.

I stopped by the branch today to open a new account. The young banker told me that he could not help me without an appointment. I would understand this if he was with a customer but there were not even one customer in the branch. Thank you, I will take my business elsewhere.Whatever happened to customer service.

If you want to go frustrated go to this branch. I was told to call Wells Fargo and make an appointment as they dont have bankers available for a wire, also they dont have a manager to talk to, on top of that they were not nice about it. “Its Covid Sr. We are understaffed” the local credit union has better service than this. Overall just move your money away from WellsFargo. Fees are high returns are almost nothing…

I'm an existing Wells customer and went in to set up an account for my teenage son. The waiting area for a personal banker was devoid of the usual chairs so my son and I just stood in the middle of the floor. The personal banker was with someone so we watched the tellers for awhile. Not a single teller asked us what we needed, the one personal banker working didn't come out either until, after 20 minutes of waiting, I walked closer to their cubicle. He then came out and said personal banking is by appointment only and he was all booked for the rest of the day! What a waste of time. I can understand if he didn't want to interrupt his appointment but certainly one of the tellers could have let us know. Or, you know, they COULD HAVE POSTED A SIGN! I left the branch super irritated.

Well i open a account here and checking savings and when i opened it they said no fees for the first 3 months. Well that was a complete lie for the first month they had charged over 100 dollars in fees. When i looked at my statement after closing my account i saw it there was a fee for having a fee the" fee fee" i always thought that was a joke. Nope and even though my account should have been positive when i closed my account it wasnt cause of more fees so they took some off and expected me to be happy. Well they must have had more fees tacked on even though i hadnt used it except put money in so it wasnt negative. Wow so the fee fee must have just kept going. I cant believe this is a bank. The only thing was everyone was nice and polite. I guess it lets them sleep at night if they nice to you when they steal your money

I stopped to get a single bill changed so that i could make a private party purchase. Alas because i do not hold an account with them i could not receive change as my bill was larger than $20.Just one more reason I no longer bank here nor will I.
