I noticed a lot of bad Reviews will I found out that they are correct I had to pay off a large payment But my account didn't show any money taken out .But the people got the payment said your all paid up . So I called the bank and ask why the money in my account was still there it should have been deducted for the payment they said we see no transactions out of your account with this large payment your fine so I got confused 4 days later the money was taking out . Then they deny the payment taking it back from the people I paid off and putting it back into my bank.. absolutely incredible now I have a late fee on my payment. And no one at this bank knows why it was denied. 👎👎👎 And the person on the phone said next time make a smaller payment. That's strange. ..... It should not matter my money

Wells Fargo
I like the branch very much. The staff is always helpful, responsive, friendly and professional. I have never wait too long. Some people complain in google about waiting time but they just need to schedule an appointment and no any issue. I have been several times in the branch and all the times I got perfect service. I want to mention Flor, Chloe, Dipa and Christopher as very professional and nice persons. The cashiers are also very professional, friendly and working fast. Actually all the employees I met are wonderful, I love the branch 😀

Tiffa is by far the worst banker I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. After speaking to her twice she was very rude and dismissive. She only reccomends to go online and look it up yourself, she doesn't even attempt to help at all.

Still waiting after more than an hour to access a safety deposit box after three prior phone calls, getting paperwork notarized at a Wells Fargo branch ahead of time. Sorry, manager left early, there is nothing we can do. Customer service? I guess I should be glad they are not opening unneeded accounts in my name without asking me....

Worst service imaginable. Amy is unprofessional and not helpful. I have been banking here for over 16 years. Unfortunately management is replaced with biased manager who is not willing to assist with notices about fees. I was at the bank 10min before closing and she choose to assist other customers and make me wait. When it's my turn she has "no time." I came on my 1 day off the in the week. And if you get a fee at his bank, trust me they will not reverse it. It probably gets added to her salary.

i hope I can give 0 star review. terrible experience in this branch, wasted 2 hours and couldn't send my wire out Due to their employee's inexperience. It was an urgent wire transfer, it needs to go out that day. but they refused to do it again due to my appointment time is exceeded. Come on , it is your mistake and cause so much incovience for your customer. Will never come back to this branch again. I went to other branch, luckily I got my wire transferred
