these people are absolutely unreal. I don't know how other storage units are because this is my first experience using the service. That said I can't imagine there is customer service that parallels the service that Melinda and the other associates offer here at West coast. I had to rent a second storage unit today after renting my first one a few months back. I did not realize how much stuff I had and was really overwhelmed by the mess of needing to coordinate two storage units last minute. I shouldn't have been worried though because Melinda totally took care of me and gave excellent advice around what storage unit to choose and got me the best monthly rate available. I just can't recommend them enough!!

Great storage facility. Staff is friendly and was very helpful about the whole experience. Great area, and they have a nice little office with boxes and wrappings. Anything needed for packing items.

Visited this store to purchase some boxes for work. My office is collecting unused office supplies to donate to schools. Melinda greeted me right away and assisted with the purchase. She was very thoughtful and offered a discount since the boxes are going to be utilized for a donation. Very kind and considerate for our schools. Thank you!

My husband and I have received the most incredible customer service from the team at WCSS-Beaverton. Specifically, Rena took the time to show me all the options and worked with me to make sure I felt completely comfortable with renting a storage unit with them. The space is extremely clean, well taken care of and secure. Rena's customer service is ultimately why we chose to rent here because it helped instill trust and a sense that we are in good hands! If you're on the west side, welcome to your premier storage option! These exceptional humans deserve each of the 5 glowing stars they work for. Jamie was superlatively helpful and patient. The manager was remarkably kind and attentive. The facility is pleasantly painted, cleanly, cozily heated, quaintly quiet, and unburdened by some of the unfortunate sights and clientele that plague some storage facilities.Thank you so much, West Coast!

This is one of the best storage units in Beaverton. The staff are super friendly, straightforward and honest and just awesome. Jamie, the manager, was really helpful, and nice.Every time I would visit there would always be parking available and dollies to use, to move items in and out of my unit.The online payment portal is very straightforward and easy to use also.If I need storage space again, I will certainly use this particular location.Thank you!

Clean, Secure, well managed! Jamie is great! I was sick with Covid-19 and instead of letting my unit go to Auction, he worked with me and allowed me to get my unit caught current. These guys actually care about their customers! Love this place!!

HERE IS WHY MY REVIEW CHANGED FROM 3 to 5 stars. Below is my original post and I will save it, as a reminder of my ignorant, self absorbed viewpoint. It shall be memorialized as my public flogging. Today, I am a seasoned storage renter (I almost just used a Derogatory term instead of renter, to poke fun of myself….but I’ll refrain).After years of renting and now as a purchaser of units that end up at auction, I see how DIFFICULT it is to be a MANAGER of a facility, especially one of this size. Jamie is one of a kind. Normally, MANAGERS ARE A DIME A DOZEN as they don’t last very long. I don’t think you can pay anyone enough to deal with the constant DRAMA that surround each individual who rents. Rarely is it someone who comes in for the once a year decorations. Many are people who no longer have homes, or just always have a story why they don’t have room at home.No matter the story, many renters default and the MANAGERs Job is to keep the units full, rent flowing all the while keep it clean and safe. The MANAGER WILL WORK WITH SOMEONE DEFAULTING if they stay REAL WITHOUT ALL THE EXCUSES, ultimately saving them from foreclosure and the SHARKS WHO COME IN WHEN THEY Don’t pay(I don’t include myself as I have an entire different approach), after the unit with all their possessions go to auction. I can tell you the facilities that have a lot of units at auction, usually have a poor manager. Jamie is one of the managers whose units, rarely, are seen at auction because he works with his renters as much as he can. The only units that are foreclosed, are usually because the renter just can’t save themselves due to other issues out of the managers control. JAMIE IS AN AMAZING MANAGER. He RUNS A TIGHT SHIP! I was over there clearing out an auction unit recently and the facility looked better than it did when I was renting there, and at that time, it was brand new . Having a great manager and one who actually is long term Is rare. Add in, a clean and secure facility, and it’s a winning combination! So kudos Jamie!**note to owner: I highly suggest you keep him happy!Previous write up:“The facility itself is fantastic, very clean, bright and easy access. Cell service is limited due to it being a metal building. The manager Jamie is nice enough but needs to stay consistent with company policy and procedures. It closes at 10pm and he is not flexible after that time yet another manager informed me the deadline to leave the facility is is10:45pm. Regardless I was after hours one too many times and was given a punishment, 30 days restriction! I was allowed to access my unit only when he was available up until he left for the day. It’s all good as I found a better facility and now I have 24 hour access.”
