No matter how nice I try to be people are always so rude. He overcharges all the time. Worth the time to drive to Best Buy instead of giving sales to this business.

Echoing what most others are saying. I've been coming here for years. The location is convenient and that's about all this place has going for it. Anyways, after being charged double (no discussion of price before your card is charged), I politely asked why I was being charged for a few branches that would clearly compress into the truck bed. It was a simple question and I'm happy to pay what is fair. The old timer raised his voice and the ensuing rudeness was next level. I'm not "special". But, a friendly smile goes a long way in making me want to frequent local family businesses (even when they are more expensive). People are making excuses that he is a "businessman". No, he isn't. Anyone who wants your business does not talk act like it is an inconvenience to them. As others have stated, there are plenty of other choices. Choose somewhere else.

I called and asked for 2 yards of gravel and they delivered it a couple hours later for a reasonable price without any issues. Driver was friendly. Thanks again.

Owner is not rude like others have stated. He is blunt and to the point. No BS type of guy. Prices are good and service is fast and efficient. Very convenient.

Customer service is always rude, in person or on the phone. The landscape yard is hard to navigate because of all the garbage they have piled up in the middle of it. It's a dirty trash swamp.Best Buy Landscape Supply is better. Go there instead.

I have used this business and have been very satisfied. Pretty simple for dropping off debris or purchases. Service is clear and to the point, pricing is competitive. No problems.

If I could give negative stars I would.Have had several bad experiences with this company. Had a trailer of limbs from a tree we cut down. A landscaper told us it would be about a yard before we cut it down so we knew what to expect…went to woodco to get rid of it and he tried to charge us for over 2 yards ($45) and was extremely rude when we questioned the amount. So…we drove the extra distance to go to Grimms and was charged $20 and they were super nice! We were even going to buy bark after dumping the debris so not only did woodco lose out on the business from the debris but also for the bark. We ended up paying half the price for dumping and bark all in one stop at Grimms!The first experience with Woodco was earlier this year with them charging me not once but THREE times for 2 units of bark (over $650 each!). At first I gave them the benefit to make it right and credit me since both charges processed after the guy assured me the first one didn’t go through. Office manager said she would refund when what she actually did was charge me a third time. Imagine my surprise on Sunday when I checked my bank account and I had that third charge. For some people being out over $1800 would cause a huge problem! When I had to wait until Monday to talk to someone to get it fixed she never apologized, actually argued and said she refunded it and then it took A LOT of explaining to get her to realize that she STILL owed me the refund (and now 2) from the first over charge. She claimed she was in a hurry to get out of the office on Friday and made the mistake and ran a charge instead of refund but she never thought to call me and explain. She just let the charge go through.When reading through the reviews now, I see I’m not the only one this has happened to.Convenience does not excuse being rude, overcharging, and incompetence.Will never go back again. I guess shame on me for trying to give them a second chance today with a simple load of yard debris.

Wow, the old guy that works here gets the lifetime achievement award for being the grumpiest, rudest, most insolent human being I have ever come in contact with. Not sure if he is the owner? But if not, the actual owner needs to fire this guy.

I'm a general landscaper. Gone to WoodCo a few times as I usually work in different areas and use other landscape supply centers. After today I would NEVER EVER go back. I'll drive elsewhere to dispose of my debris even if it's 20 miles out of my way. The old man at WoodCo is rude! He's can't or won't walk outside his office to determine the approximate yardage to approximately charge for. As a experienced landscaper I had a few fresh branches to dispose of (not more than 1 yard) if even that. That's because the load got alittle fluffy while driving there. As I arrived a young man was in front of me with a few bags of debris in the back of his truck that was covered by a canopy. The old man looked from his office door and asked how I would like to pay? I asked him how much he was going to charge me first. He said $25. I asked him if his prices went up. He said no, but was charging me for a yard and a half. I told him that there was no a yard in a half, that the load was a little fluffy from driving and to allow me to go out and step it down to show him. He said it would have not made any difference. Being tired from the heat and being late in the day I went ahead a paid. Upon loading I was talking to the young man of the pickup truck. I asked him what he was charged to dump a few bags of debris. He replied $25. I was in disbelief that he was charged the same amount for dumping a few bags of debris. This old man has been rude in the past and is still the same old ass! I would highly recommend driving a little further to: Best Buy, Recology, S & H or Grimes to dispose of any debris. Obviously, this guy can't determine yardage and needs to learn to have some customer service manners. I hated give this business one star but there was nothing less!

I’m a benefit of the doubt person and have gone here for years hoping it would get better given they are just around the corner. But the rudeness is silly with these folks. They gave me a politically charged lecture about Covid and were not keeping good covid code. Go to BestBuy. Excellent customer service. Very kind. That. Matters.

Very rude front desk AND disrespectful driver. Driver couldn't back up his truck properly, and started yelling at Me!I won't EVER use them again.Gravel was Poor quality also. Mostly dirt.FYI !!!
