The people that work at this building or courteous helpful and respectful. The company Xfinity when you call them on the phone is a hassle and a half. An AI answers and will not allow you to talk to a representative unless you humor them by at least entering your ZIP code before you can get a representative to talk to and then they ask you if you want English to wait on the line and then they give you someone who can barely speak the language you cannot understand what they are saying because they cannot speak the language by enunciating properly they give you the runaround from one specialist to another each time you transfer to another they go through the whole scanning situation of your phone number address name and your last four digits of your credit card and then they also send you a text of the code that you have to tell them to prove that you are who you are and then they give you an answer that is not correct just to get you off the phone. For 3 hours if not four I tried talking to Xfinity workers to find an app that will notify me that I have voicemail to be answered as it is you have to check your voicemail every single time you missed a call to see if they left a message they are stuck on stupid. And then their phones hide most of the apps to where you can't find them until you are told where they are does that come with instruction manual you probably have to look up on the web to get the instructions on how to operate your phone I do not recommend this company I gave it one star just so I can leave this comment and that one star they do not deserve they gave me a free phone with only one gigabyte of roaming service which is Jack Dilly squat nothing when it comes to Google maps to navigate you from one place to another

140/month for service worse than some shoddy 5G network in a concrete hospital basement - where I had to spend some time recently and so can compare. Running a network through my phone's connection on my laptop was so much more smooth at 2/5 bars than my home connection it was laughable.
I pay $100 more than other providers, except satillite - then it's more like $70-$80 more - charge in my area and the quality of service is worse than what's available in Nepal, where my son spend a year teaching and, having returns, is in absolute shock at how bad this service is.
I've had broadband since the mid-90s, as I've been in IT. I have never seen worse service or more blatant price gouging. It is no doubt because my building doesn't allow for other ISPs because it's old. I plan to move solely because I work from home and need an internet connection and an ISP that is functional and my primary decision about a new apartment will be whether or not I can get a service other than Xfinity/Comcast. This service is so shockingly awful, you'd think they were a health insurance company.

I've spend 3 hours to switch to xfinity and after I get internet service with them I don't need just to be able to add my phones to the plan they have informed me they can't do it because the phones is locked (after they had ports the phone number already from the company I am with ) and now I don't have service in my phone at all not with them and not with the previous carrier and probably I lost my phone number . If you want to have your week going well stay away from this location especially Alejandro he is super UNProfessional sales agent .

Sam was really helpful and very informative. Made me feel like I was at home comfortable. As I came in Sam greeted me in and attended me quickly. I was there to pick up my order which was an internet modem. As I tried to disconnect an active service that’s been active before arriving at my new apartment. He was very knowledgeable and gave the correct information about what to do and go on about it. Thank you Sam.

I came to cancel my internet services and was told that I had been put on a 12 month contract when I signed up initially and would now need to pay a $90 fee to cancel my internet services. I signed up for services in person at this store, and absolutely was not informed that I was put on a 12 month contract, nor that I would be financially liable should I cancel my internet. Do not use this company unless you want to pay high hidden fees in poorly explained contracts.

I pay over $110/month for spotty internet. Wish I got my money's worth and that internet in the area wasn't total garbage.

Overall friendly staff but need to sort out their misinformation issues. Had come in to hopefully get my phone traded in for a newer version and one of the staff assured us that we would be getting it at a much lower price due to promotions etc . I come back a week later right before the date the so called promotion period was supposed to end only for a different member of staff to tell us that the lower priced option never existed and there was nothing they could do. Frustrating experience.

Went into this location and requested they stop my internet service. I feel the price I am charged every month doesn’t equal out to the internet service I receive. The moment I set foot outside my front door… no WiFi. 20 feet outside my window… no WiFi. My devices seem to get more notifications when they connect to an Xfinity hot spot then when I am home. The mbps are never what I was told I was getting and one month my bill said I used 102 GB of data. I have an echo dot, TV, 2 cell phones, and 2 tablets. Half of those items are usually not charged or turned off. What are they doing? Running the free building WiFi through my router?! Needless to say, I was told it was shut off. That was 2 weeks ago and guess who still has WiFi being billed to their account and WiFi in their apartment. I will give you 2 guesses and no it’s not you;)

I've had nothing but good experiences at this Xfinity despite the reviews. Shout out to Percy for getting me set up with Internet with a promo deal, no contract for two years.
I was billed incorrectly the first month, came in and had that corrected. I was given a credit for my overpayment and the bill is back to normal.
Daniel helped me really quickly with a split band 2.4ghz/5ghz for my security camera - tried browsing the Internet for DIY options but no solid answer. He knew exactly what I needed and got it done within the App in seconds.
Great store!

Hands down one of the WORST companies to work with. Do NOT do business with them. Absolutely trash customer service.

Tommy helped me create an account, provided an amazing promotion, and setup my WiFi. I’ve used Comcast on and off for the last 8 years and this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had. If you need any help at all, make sure to find Tommy!

Came in to get help on my account and was told I needed to call it in. Ummm no thank you I know they can do hat was needed. I went to the tanasbourn location and Donna had me fixed up in 5 minutes. Why not train your employees to be able to do what they get paid to do.

Visited this location after a very frustrating experience at the NE Weidler store. Staff was equally unhelpful. It’s very frustrating that xfinity does not empower its employees to perform any service/support other than to sell you more products. I simply needed a phone that had been paid off to be unlocked, but all the team member could do was provide an 888 # that led me to an AI bot that malfunctioned for an hour. In total xfinity wasted 6 hours of my time yesterday while providing no support. I highly recommend not using xfinity. Quantum Fiber provides a much better customer experience for internet, and if you need new hardware you should just go straight to the source rather than get looped into their “bundled” deals.
