My boyfriend, his parents, and I recently worked with Ashley and Rick, and wow, they were the absolute best realtors ever! Selling our Bend place was a huge, stressful mess, but Ashley and Rick handled so much of it, letting us focus on our new house and getting my in-laws settled. They even helped us pack, dealt with the septic, and put up with the new buyers' crazy demands and impossible deadline, all while a blizzard hit! They became more than just realtors; they're our friends now. They were so supportive when things got tough. We're all incredibly grateful – five stars isn't nearly enough!

I’m long overdue in writing this, but Ashley and Rick’s work deserves to be recognized! Ashley worked with me to find a new home in La Pine. I was an out of state buyer and she was terrific in finding me a property. She worked with some friends of mine who would act act as my eyes. It was kind of a difficult situation and Ashley performed amazingly. She worked with me closely in the offer and negotiation process. I could not have been more pleased with her and 5 Peaks Property Group. I would use their services in a heartbeat on the next property I purchase or the sale of the property they helped me find.

My family was looking for a new home, when we found Rick. I do believe without his deep understanding of the market and close work with our mortgage broker. Finding our perfect fit of home wouldn't have happened. He was patient and had the information we didnt even know we needed. All of us would recommend him highly and definitely work with him again.
