Absolutely phenomenal service! Sue Durre went above and beyond. We were in a very stressful situation after an accident with black ice. (not related to the storage facility). Sue was calm, helpful, and completely saved the day. Thinking up solutions outside the box and helping us find a welding shop and get back on the road. We will be eternally grateful that we crossed paths with Sue and recommend her and her wonderful facility to anyone who wants exceptional service!

We were traveling from LA to Coeur d'Alene. We towed our camper and camped along the way including in Bend. We were staying at an AirBnB in Coeur d'Alene so I didn't want to tow the camper 850 miles there and back and was able to arrange short-term storage with 9th Street Storage. Sue was super easy to communicate with and was willing to help us out with a storage space for 5 days! If we are ever in Bend again and need help with storing a trailer, I would definitely reach out to 9th Street Storage again.

The price is excellent. The lot is secure and safe. The owner is attentive. The place is clean. What more could you ask for?
