I have been a member of AAA for over 20 years and felt safe having them as my backup, especially on vacation. I locked my keys in my car last night and was told it was a 1 hour wait, never got any text updates so called back in an hour and told that there was only 1 tow truck driver and he couldn't take the call so they would try a locksmith, then was inadvertently hung up on, called back 2 more times and told 'working on it, sorry we have a new system'. Never an update... finally had my teenage son jog 4 miles in the dark to bring me spare keys... really a scary situation to be left stranded in an unfamiliar city. Apparently 24 hour assistance is untrue...

I stopped by AAA first thing in the morning to get an international driving permit. They open at 8:30 and I was there at 8:30. They were not quite ready to do business but everyone was super welcoming and made me feel they were glad I was there. Once they were ready they processed my paperwork super fast. Thank you very much.

You should see where the money u spend a on this because they are spending a lot of money seuing small business over the name aaa when there is 1000 of business with that name. They are wasting ur money and are paying the tow companies less then half what you would pay for a tow. Big corporation trying to take over our nation

AAA used to have way better customer service. There insurance plans used to be better as well. They have cut out many valuable RV services, travel services and one can hardly get anyone to respond to travel help questions or situations.
