Caleb was a true professional and was able to get me a reclining chair after my surgery the same day i called...not only that, i got it delivered at 8pm on a Friday night...great service!

My daughter got a couch set two tvs and a washer dryer set and it’s been the worst tv was broken first dryer was broken by delivery men second dryer also broken by delivery men wrong tv sent to replace the first one that they broke in delivery if it wasn’t for April in the bend store I would have just taken every damn thing back but she is amazing and has fantastic customer service !!!

This place I a joke. People let me save you time and money. They charge 3 to 4 times the real price of things. Sure u get to take home the same day and u make payments. But there r other places that will help u and not charge u 3 to 4 times what it is really worth. Oh and worth. Let me tell u. They will sell u something used and charge u the price of a new one. And more. Just look around first. Before u buy from Aaron's. And if u really have to get something from these liars, be sure it is at least new. And they will try and make it look new to fool u. That's what they did to me, I was looking to buy a bed. I asked if I would getting a new one, and he said what do u think we just have a bunch of beds back there. No this is it. I should of left right then. He said the bed was new and just out here on the floor for sample. We'll that didn't seem to bad. So I bought it. It has been the worst bed ever. Very lumpy, and hard. I was going to return, but it's such a pain in the ass to do so, so I kept it. It's paid for now . I paid a little over $2000.00 for it, a waste of money. I now have bought a new yes new bed on line with Amazon for just over $200.00! And it's the best ever. So people don't get ripped off by these idiots. They don't care one bit. In fact they laugh when u leave cuz they just ripped u off. It's a game for them. So beware of Aaron's! Thank you. Dore Watkins. And Aaron's don't bother answering this review. Cuz what ever u say is a lie. Of corse u r going to say like u did to others oh I'm sorry. We really care. On and on, ur so full of shift. And people I'm serious don't deal with these people. Oh Aaron's is going to say, wish u didn't feel that way. We r sorry. We care. That's not true. Bull shit!

i do not recommend aaron's of bend if you want to rent to own furniture or buy furniture rent to own furniture or buy furniture somewhere else aaron's is notorious for harassing customers and they don't care about customers and they don't value customers all they care about is money and making money and dollar signs both my mom and me have been loyal customers with them for almost three years and we have had nothing but trouble with them once we get all of are furniture and tv and stove and exercise bike paid off we're done with them we will no longer be customers!

Best service I have ever received from a rent to own place. The manager hunted till he found the right bed for my disability. I would 100% recommend this shop!!

Not sure if I am going to buy anything right now, but I will definitely strongly consider coming here in the future. The gal who helped me must have been a manager, because she greeted me, showed me where I needed to go, gave me great suggestions for what I needed, got me a printout of prices for what I was looking at, all while also assisting another staff member with her customer and still staying attentive to me. BRAVO!!!! Thank you!!!5 stars for stellar customer service.

I would have given a 4 stars but do to me wait for them to try to fix my recliners and or even replace them I have been waiting for almost 3 months trying to get them to fix my recliner I have been waiting almost 3 weeks to get them to replace them they still do not want to call me I would give is zero stars

I do not recommend this furniture rental store. They lied to me. I paid everything off and they still would not fix my damaged chair. All Samantha had to do was replace a chair. Its broken and they have all my money.Don't waste your money.So disappointed.Can't believe Samantha is still working for your organization.:(

Friendly staff and always understanding. Products are a little out of date as far as computers but in this day an age where you can’t just go to the big box stores and buy one Aaron’s is the best place to go.
