Update: the owner and April both reached out to me and have apologized and brought saddles to me. I consider this a great place. Admitted the wrong and going out of your way to make it right is a great business!I was ABSOLUTEly shocked at the lack of customer service. I was called by April that a saddle was there ready for me to pick up for trial and said I would be in that day to pick it up. I changed plans and orchestrated pick up and drop offs for my four kids so I could come get it. I live in Sunriver (which I said) by the time I made it there, she had gave it out to someone else. One it wasn’t saved for me and two I didn’t receive a call telling me it wasn’t there. I will not be supporting this business anymore. I don’t have the time or patience with being treated like this.

I just had the "absolute" worst encounter with the women I know to be the owner of the shop. She was rude, sarcastic and obviously couldn't have cared less about me or my business. As a member of the horse community here in Bend for the last 30+ years, and Absolute Horse being the only store of its kind, I have literally spent thousands of dollars there through the years. I'll be shopping online from now on.

We always like to check out a tack store when we're traveling and we were not disappointed when we stopped by Absolute Horse while in Bend. This is a cute store with lots of unique merchandise and friendly staff.
