One star is too generous.
I came to Ace Cash with my brother on Monday between 3 to 4 pm. As soon as we approached the counter, the lady there (overweight and visibly rude) looked at my brother with a dirty look and asked, “Who’s this guy?” — as if he were a criminal. I replied, “That’s my brother.” That was the first unacceptable interaction.
I explained that I was receiving money sent by my father. She said it was pending and that the sender needed to provide more information — that was fine. But then she asked, “Where are you receiving money from?” I answered and her response was, “Maybe that’s why.”
Her tone and words were offensive, completely unprofessional, and loaded with disrespect. My brother even asked her, “What’s that supposed to mean?” because of how inappropriate the comment was. Absolutely despicable behaviour

We always come to ace loans. The manager there is wonderful. She tells me about special's the company is having. I referred a friend and saved ? She is fast and efficient and to the point. She is also very kind.she is definitely a keeper! She deserves a raise!

Wonderful and life saving resource for the Bend, OR area. I use Ace Cash just to get me through the second half of the month after my benefits run out. Money goes fast, but they help a lot to get you those everyday things you need. The staff are kind and always polite.
