We caught a small rock ding in our windshield outside of Bend. I was worried that the cold weather and windshield defrost cycles would cause it to Crack across the windshield. The team at Act Fast looked at it under a magnifying glass and said to not worry as the ding only penetrated one layer of glass. There was no charge and we were out within 5 minutes. Very friendly and efficient customer service!

Act Fast came recommended by two Ford dealerships in the Bend Redmond area. They worked with GEICO to get me an OEM replacement windshield, then promptly installed it and followed up with great customer service. HIGHLY recommend. You can tell Act Fast really is focused on being the best in the business.

I had Act Fast Auto Glass replace the windshield in my daughter's car and they did it so fast I didn't even have time to finish my meal across the street! It was perfectly done and inexpensive. I highly recommend them!

Quality work and very easy to communicate with. They went above and beyond to not only ensure my car was repaired but to ensure I was able to engage with my insurance company. I hope I don't need to call them again, but if I get another crack I will.

We always use Act Fast Glass. We do a lot of windshields and they do a great job especially in these newer cars where everything has to be recalibrated. Never had a bad experience, and they are great with all of our customers also.!!

I was thoroughly pleased with the service I received here. Friendly, courteous, professional and they even wiped down my dash and vacuumed the front floor! They worked like a well oiled machine and got me in early and back on the road in record time! Top notch service! Highly recommend this shop. I live in Lebanon, Oregon and would seriously return to Bend to have my windshield replaced if I ever need it again. They are the real deal.

Fantastic service! They were able to schedule a mobile service due to cancellation. Showed up on time and done in 45 minutes. Very nice tech.No one else in town was available for aweek or more! My new favorite for glassrepair. Strongly recommend!
