The day before Thanksgiving I went out looking for turkey legs (like a fool!!). They were sold out at the first five grocery stores I stopped at and I was starting to lose hope until the perfect angel at the butcher counter offered to piece out whole turkeys for me so I could just buy the legs and thighs. He finished ten minutes quicker than he’d estimated and also found me in the store to hand-deliver them. I’m so hugely grateful — my entire meal plan hinged on not having to cook a whole turkey. It was such a kind thing to do on a day that I’m sure is super stressful for grocery store employees everywhere!! You’ll be my first stop next year ?

99% of the time I shop here everything is on point and I was in and out in no time. Once in a blue moon at night there's only 1 employee anywhere to be seen and that's because there the only cashier, so if you need assistance in the bakery it's non existent and you mise well help yourself.

Why is there always an issue with your sales prices? Are you low key trying to scam the unaware consumer? I always have to double check my receipt. Today I went to get ice cream that was digital coupon and it rang up $10 more than it should have. Your employee stated that it’s the apps problem and not the stores. Maybe consider going without the app if it’s not the stores problem or fix it.

Stood at customer service desk while I watched 1 of the two girls working take 3 phone calls as I stood there without acknowledging my existence. I Googled the store phone number and called the customer (non)service number. When the same girl answered, I started asking my question. She realized it was me and became angry. I commented I had been standing there being ignored while phones seemed to be a priority. I commented on what customer service should be. I was informed she was the store manager. I was born in Bend and have been going to that store over 40 years. I will never return.

Prices can be a lil more than fred meyer, but its a lot closer so it makes for a pretty good upscaled convenience store

This Albertsons had little kid shopping carts that are the cutest things I've ever seen. They have a little flag at the top that says.. "customer in training" my son BEGS me to go to the store with "his tiny cart". So awesome!

I tried the Chinese from the deli and that was umm, different. I've eaten it before and it was really good but it might of been at the end of the life span. I know it's been good before so I wouldn't not get it.

The inside is nice. It's been updated. The parking lot is suffering the wrath of winter. The whole thing is just a sheet of ice. The front doors sound like they're about to fall off.Albertsons owns basically every grocery store in town, you'd think they'd take better care of the customers that keep them in business.
