In this world, have people become so indignant, rude, and not wanting to understand a repair shop, or matter of fact, any business, needs to account for their time. After reading posts, one person, unnamed, was not expressing what actually happened, and that he was not charged for the time the technician, who looked at the vehicle. True, the fact the vehicle could not be aligned stated the technician; however, customer stating another shop said it could. So why did you not have the vehicle repaired there????? There are always two sides or more to a story being presented, so people, if you want to criticize, or be rude to a business, do it in person, not all over the web. I have never known these people to be unfair, nor do a repair they know won't last, or will give you information the vehicle is unrepairable (in their opinion, as most legit businesses will discuss with you. Everyone, charges a fee these day, call a plumber, or electrician, see if you can have them look at something for you??? OH yes, there will be look and see fee. Again people, people are in business, as you might require their services some day....be polite and thoughtful...

Made an appointment for an alignment. Dropped off my van at 8am. I hadn't heard anything all day so I called at 4 and left a message. Got a response shortly after that my van was unalignable due to suspension play. I said bummer can you leave the keys outside I get off work late. She informed me there was a 75$ inspection fee. I told her I was shocked. She kindly offered to lower the price. I left work early to make it before they closed. I said I didn't want to pay because it seemed like a hidden fee. Receptionist quickly turned argumentative, said I must not be from here, I apologized, said I was not told about the fee. She handed me my keys and said I am not welcome back in the store.I felt bad about the encounter but I felt worse about being charged the cost of an alignment just to tell me they can't do the work I was asking for. I think it could have been handled much better.

Took my car in yesterday morning for an alignment job and got my car back the same day! Only $125.00 which was amazing and my car drives so much better! Only four stars because they couldn’t get my alignment perfect (which isn’t necessarily their fault. My alignment was really really bad.) overall amazing and friendly service.

Dropped vehicle off for an alignment at 8:30am and didn’t get done until 5:30pm for a 1 hour alignment. Two days after driving it something loosened up and the steering wheel was crooked. When asked to go back and fix it they were unhelpful and told me to make another appointment (and likely wait an entire day again). I highly recommend looking elsewhere when looking for alignment or mechanic service.

I've used alignment techniques for many years before they switch up ownership. I will not be going back.. The reason... they now charge you a fee to even look at your vehicle. If they get it on the rack and they can't align it.. they will still charge you.. and no, that fee will not be applied towards when you come back in after your problems are fixed .. Why the one star review.. because there is absolutely nothing on their walls or on the desk when you walk in that states this policy. Heck they don't even bother to mention it to you verbally! The lady at the front desk (in my opinion) was pretty rude about it when I challenged them on that practice. It's deception and honestly bad business practice. The least they can do is put a sign on the front desk that lets customers know about this.

I had a very positive experience with Alignment techniques. After sliding on ice and hitting a curb my alignment was off and traction control & steering sensors were not working. I took it to the dealer and they quoted $6k to replace almost the whole front suspension on one side, and I would be out of a car for at least a week. Instead I took it to this place and the got me in the same day - did an alignment and re calibrated the sensors for $250 I was on the road that afternoon.

This place was recommended to me by a Tire store that does not do alignments (I know, right?). VR Alignment Techniques got me in the very next morning. I was very happy with the professionalism from the staff. I have a habit of asking a lot of questions when I don't know about something, and the folks at VR Alignment Techniques were not at all put out by this, and they answered all of my questions. Will continue to use this shop.Service: Wheel alignment

Been going there for almost 10 years. Good service. Price seem to have drastically increased. Paid $99.00 for an alignment for them to only adjust the toe after installing new suspension components. I will look elsewhere in the future due to the high cost for a simple alignment.

Went here on a recommendation from Thuren Fabrication. Excellent work, fast, and friendly. Do your vehicle a favor and come here first for alignments.

I've used Alignment Techniques for 9 years and always been happy with the work performed. Since the new ownership of VR Garage the service has really become substantially better. They're always pleasant no matter how busy and they still deliver amazing work no matter how big of a challenge I drive down to them.Definitely the only place to bring your auto-x/track car for the season!Services: Wheel alignment

Watch your wallet. Came here with my truck drifting to one side. They said two things: 1) "You don't need an alignment. It's fine." 2) But, your steering bushings are bad and you've got a "bent control arm" Took it to the dealer for a second opinion. They said: 1) Your alignment is way out. They gave me a report showing one front wheel was heavily toed in. (They aligned it and now it tracks straight.) 2) Your bushings are fine and we don't see anything bent (and they had *three* techs inspect it). I call b******** Again, watch your wallet.
