Terrible service. Pulled in with out motorhome towing a car trailer. Got through all the cars and needed propane. Got parked and they told us they were too busy and come back in an hour?? Really?? Rude too! Not easy with a big rig and had to leave.

My favorite mini Mart in bend.. it's inconvenient for society's drop outs to loiter due to its geography and how it's situated. So they stay at the 7-11's.

Don't go here, I tried to call but they just pranked called me every time , and they have worse prices compared to the market store next to them, (which i recommend) the employees are mostly drug additives I swear because they don't care and don't even ID you. So just forget it. Cheaper prices across the road

Walked into the store to pay for my gas and to also grab a water for my dog. It's 87° out. My dog is a service dog. After getting the things I needed and heading towards the register a woman approached me and told me I had to get out of the store with my service dog. I told her no. He's a service dog. She said no. We serve food here. He has to leave. I said no. He's even allowed in restaurants and she said you need to leave now. I asked for the manager. She said I am the manager. Deb or Debbie very very rude. Nasty. Nothing to back up. Harassing me to leave. I know for a fact the service is almost are allowed into the public businesses. Whether there's food or not would not recommend ever very bad service

The female manager in charge most weekday mornings, (short blonde hair, old af) is rude as hell. Gave me the worst attitude when I tried heating up my own food in the microwave. There was no sign up saying i couldn’t do so and no one told me until she yelled at me that I can’t do so. Very poor customer service. C*nt

The last time I was there no hot food at 4 pm. Really why are you called AM PM? Bathroom out of order. I ask the cashier can I use employee Bathroom she said their our of order. I call bs. I drive a bus local. Last time I stop there

The gas guy didn't seem to care or listen. He has his personal radio going. I said the tank will overflo it will spill gas. He didn't care and I lost almost a gallon on ground which I had to pay for. Then I said sorry you have to put that soakup stuff on it. And he said, no, nobody cares and did nothing.

Pump attendant great, cashier inside meh, prices awesome. Down side I’ve got a messed up vehicle now after getting diesel from them today. Why have a number for the store listed if it doesn’t actually work. Guess it’s a good thing I can fix my own stuff, or I’d be out a ton of money from a shop fixing it.
