Good veterinary clinic. They got us in quickly due to an emergency. The Dr. was great and helped Ego feel better. Then he even followed up the next day. They truly care about animals and they are helpful and compassionate. Thank you!

A 5 star, outstanding animal clinic! My 140 lb Leonberger had a scheduled medication appt., but he had also developed a rash on his right groin that I asked to have looked at. My appt was at 5pm, but the staff were all so kind, patient, and attentive to my dog and I. Ended up the rash was a yeast infection and was also discovered he had bilateral ear infections. Despite our keeping the staff considerably beyond their closing time, no one rushed us, everyone from receptionist, to vet techs, to veterinarian were thorough and patient - making sure my dog's needs were taken care of. HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ark Animal Clinic!

I took my elderly dog to the now combined ARK/Alpine Animal Clinic recently and had a thorough consult with Dr. Barton about how care for my aging dog. He and his staff did research before the appointment so that they could give me advice on a new medication I had requested. The staff was super friendly as always. The new clinic space is bigger than Alpine's and easy to get to.

Dr. Long and his staff are always friendly and professional. Dr. Long literally meets pets where they are, such as performing an exam while one of my cats tried to hide in a cabinet, or sitting down on the floor where one of them was exploring the room. He's caring, knowledgeable, and has great communication skills.

I had my puppy Koko spayed at Ark Animal Clinic. They are the best! Her sister was spayed in California and when I got to Bend I had Ark look at her because her incision was irritating her a lot. They took care of the issue right away. With Koko, her incision was beautiful when she came home and she healed so quickly. I would recommend Ark Animal Clinic to everyone. Thank you Dr. Reed!

Doctors are great even when they're closed. You can make appointments for the next day. Or whenever you're avai, love that. When you have an emergency you don't need to wait. But you can get help right away.

visiting from out of state when our dog started limping. we waited maybe 2 minutes before being called in. the doctor was very personable, explained everything in a way we could understand and make an informed decision. he was sweet to our dog and was realistic. VERY happy with not only the service, but the quickness as well as the price. left with an NSAID injection and pain meds for our girl to get through our trip while in town. thank you all SO much. we have nothing but great things to say about this place

Lillie just needed a Lepto booster; she was in and out so quickly she had taken more time smellling grass on her way in!
