After dealing with both TMobile and Verizon as customers, we dread heading into the phone store. We did have to wait awhile and weren’t offered a greeting until they were ready to see us, but Austin was very helpful, straightforward and didn’t give us the runaround that we are used to

I had a good experience. My phone was going wild and i could not do anything with it. They took their time and work with it. Finally the gentleman went back to see if he could get some help. Then an another gentleman came out and worked with my phone. There was a bug in it. He worked about 1 hour and got the phone to settle down. Had some text look at it and they had got the bug out. They were real nice through the whole time. They both deserved 5. Well done guys.

I accidentally pressed 1 (dissatisfied) on the text customer survey. I meant to press 5 (very satisfied). Shannon helped me out and made a usually painful experience quick, easy, understandable and painless.

Staff was very helpful to resolve a problem with the trade in program associated with anew phone purchase. Learned about new TV and Wifi service. Decided to purchase. Shout out to the entire sales staff.

Young man signed up 89-year-old woman asking for a very simple data plan gave her the most premium instead causing bill to be very expensive. Asked for starter unlimited. But got premium unlimited instead… told him specifically not to do that.

Horrible customer service at this location! Very unprofessional. I have been a customer for 10+ years, walk into the store to ask for assistance to be told " It's not my job to help you set up your phone." Or told " setting up phones was not in my job description." Not to mention this "sales" rep helping me was wearing a tie die sweatshirt and sweat pants. Do better AT&T.

Store staff are not knowledgeable and make big promises to get you to buy then don't deliver. Att is the best coverage and speed in central Oregon but buyer be ware they are snake oil sales men and will take your money with a smile on their faces.

Absolute trash customer service. Been with att forever and this makes me want to change. I go in to ask about my broken camera and some jerk sits stands me in front of a slow iPad while last Christmas blares behind me, offers zero guidance. Not even offered a chair to sit in… sad it’s the only store in town.
