Audiowerks installed Focal mid and tweeters about 5 years ago. Sounds amazing, even with a stock amp. Today I went back for led headlights and brights. What they installed is amazing. Highly pleased and I feel the price was fair. The also gave me good service to boot .

They installed a backup camera but they messed up other controls. We went back & they “fixed” it but ended up messing up different controls now. We went back again and they seemed upset & bothered even though THEY were the ones who kept messing it up, they “fixed” it again but now the A/C doesn’t work on certain settings. We won’t be coming back since they have a bad attitude about fixing their own problems and we just don’t trust they can fix it since they messed it up twice already

I would never use this shop again and would recommend anyone else to do the same. They broke my dashboard clips so now the dash doesn’t stay out and has a gap that should not be there. Never had a shop damage one of my vehicles before and not have the audacity to atleast inform me about it. Not cool at all, really sucks because this part is expensive and hard to find. And to add to that mess, the guys there are not friendly at all. They act like it’s a burden to help their customer, 100% will never use them ever again.

Everybody at audiowerks was very knowledgeable and professional. I have had a couple of different installations, and both are fantastic. I wouldn't go anywhere else for audio equipment.
