Just picked up a 2015 Nissan Titan from Matt and his team today. The entire experience was seamlessly easy. They have a great atmosphere at their dealership and it makes you feel like you’re right at home. It didn’t feel like your typical car dealership. I was in and out, quickly. If I wasn’t moving to NC; I’d only go back to Pure Auto Group for any future purchases.

Im am extremely impressed! My wife an I bought a beautiful yukon denali from the guys and it through a code for the transmission within a week. Most car lots would feed you to the wolves and wish you the best, but not Matt and his team. They immediately jumped into action getting us scheduled with their awesome service writer Steven. Within just a few days they had the problem identified and parts on the way. We have our vehicle back now and at no cost to us thanks to the warranty they offered and stood by. Buying a used car is always a risk but in my opinion not with this group. Triple A! From someone that buys a lot of vehicles I will be coming back.

We happened to stop in one Saturday after lunch just to browse. Got lucky with finding the exact truck we were looking for and a stellar salesman. He had a no pressure approach that we truly appreciated. The whole process was smooth and rather quick compared to previous experiences at used vehicle dealerships. Would definitely recommend this dealership.
