We have brought our personal and service vehicles to Bend Automotive for the last few years. Bend Automotive has always taken good care of us. The owner Jeff has even built a custom motor for our classic car. These guys are straight shooters and to the point. If you are looking for an honest mechanic in Central Oregon, this is the place to come.

40 years of service. Wow has it changed. It used to be communication face to face, then phone to phone, now text text text text. I hope the next generation is happy like we all grew up with values and morals. You used to have to work for everything and appreciate it.

The customer service was awesome, Jeff was very helpful and didn’t try and pressure me on any services. They kept me updated on the progress and were accurate on the timing of when the work would be completed. I have found my new shop.. I highly recommend them for all your auto needs they are awesome! Especially if you need a Pre-inspection for used car!

My wife and I were visiting Bend for our honeymoon, about to make the drive back to Portland when our SUV dumped all of its radiator fluid in the Wendy's parking lot (because Murphy's Law, right?). I was in a panic, we had to work the next day, and it was already about 2 pm. I called a few shops and they were the only ones who seemed to understand the urgency of the situation. Within minutes of me pulling in 2 gentlemen began working on the vehicle. And within about an hour the broken hose was repaired for a very fair price. I can't thank these guys enough, they really saved the day. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

I’m lost for words. Took truck in got it back worst. $1500 later still not fixed? I got robbed for sure. No shop should do work unless authorized and goes over price. Not professional.

I have dealt with Jeff at Bend Automotive for 20 years. He is a master mechanic and treats me honestly and fair for all my vehicle maintenance.
