i was hesitant to get a cut from a salon i hadn’t been to before as i’ve had poor experience at many places in bend but these hairdressers are so professional, kind, and so knowledgeable. i’m so excited to come back knowing ill love the outcome.

Rhonda is my masseuse at Avalon. Sometimes I know what my physical needs are and she focuses on those areas. Other times I am not able to be specific. As soon as her fingers start exploring my muscles and tendons, she know exactly what needs to be done to relieve my pain.
