Ugh, this place does a soft credit check and apparently it's super strict so even though I booked online, I was left stranded because of my credit score?! Absolutely crazy. Go to enterprise instead. They helped me right away.

Pick up was great. For the price of the 12 passage van it was in bad shape. Had to cover the seats with my own blankets due to all in the seats had stains like some one had butchered something. couple of the seatbelts wouldn’t work so few of the people that I had traveling didn’t have seatbelts fruiting transportation. I had let the desk know during drop off but it’s like they really didn’t care and I can see this not getting taken care of before next rental. I can deal with the stains but it’s a safety issue when the seat belts don’t work properly. .

First review I have ever left. Terrible customer service. Employees lack of training and experience ended up costing me time and money, they couldn't care less because they got paid already. Was told several conflicting things and in the end was told I need to call customer service and fix it myself in addition to them not being able to give me a receipt until I came back the next day

Our local Bend Or representative is fantastic, and I rent there often. She always looks out for me and was even able to provide me an upgrade when the tires on the car I had rented did not appear safe, I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism.

Reservation was not honored even tho paid for. The lady at the counter was rude and offered zero help. A terrible experience from the local staff and a vacation without a car.

Had a reservation here and needed to cancel. Attempted to cancel reservation and after a 30 min hold on Avis' ridiculous call system, had the call dropped! Then I was billed $50 for failing to cancel! I suggest going to Enterprise!Additionally I later spent another 45 min waiting on the phone to talk to someone about the cancellation fee… only to be told they would not refund the fee!

Jody is honestly one of the best employees that the Avis Budget Group has ever had representing them. I rent there on a regular basis and the thing about her is she always thinks how can she make the customer experience better. She puts herself in our shoes, how would she feel if someone approached her that way. Just the BEST experience ever. Whoever is in charge should buy her a steak dinner and give her a pay raise. Jody is honestly one of the best people I have ever worked with in Central Oregon. Great human being as well, even more importantly.
