I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your branch this morning. I arrived promptly at 9:00 am, expecting to get my banking needs taken care of early. However, I was informed by the staff that I would need to return at 10:30 am because someone with an appointment was expected soon.
As a customer, I found this treatment to be completely unacceptable. I made the effort to arrive early, yet I was dismissed and told to come back later. This not only wasted my time but also demonstrated a lack of respect and consideration for my needs as a customer.
I urge Bank of America to address this issue and ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and priority they deserve, regardless of appointments. Such experiences negatively impact customer trust and loyalty.

Over the years I’ve had problems with Bank of America one of the main reasons I don’t use them and let them use my money to make money. we were in the process of selling our RV. We finally got a buyer before I went into the bank. I wanted to make sure that things were very clear so I called corporate customer service prior to showing up at the bank. She assured me that I have my payoff amount. I have a 10 day grace. And if I choose to go in earlier, whatever the balance is, Bank of America will write me a check for that amount. The guy I was selling RV to decided that he wanted to do it today so we meet at the bank we go in I hand the lady the check he gets the cashier check for 68,000. The balance was $13,284.46. I believe the lady that was helping us had an attitude toward me She did not have an attitude toward the guy that was purchasing our RV even he noticed so she says your payoff balance is less I said yes I know I realize that if that was to happen Bank of America will cut me a check for whatever is owed she said no our system don’t do that. I said that’s not what I was told. She said we’re on a pilot system so we can’t do that for you. I said to her I only brought one check with me. I don’t wanna have to go all the way back home to get another check. so the guy looks at me and he says here’s $100 bill and I said to the young lady will you owe me $13 dollars She said I can’t give you anything. our system don’t allow that I said well you have to cut me a check. She said I can’t do that either. It’s really hard to Believe Bank of America was that way 25 years ago and they still are today so I never received my $13 it even feels uncomfortable to walk in that particular branch. she has no idea how much money she just cost the company.

They're just a bad Bank to go through. To many things to worry about when using this bank. They will hold your money as long as they want and will not help you whatsoever to get it faster. Probably worst Bank of All

The staff at this bank are always friendly and efficient. They do not rush, and ensure that wether you’re making a simple deposit or opening up a business account, you leave knowing your finances are secure and you can easily reach out with any questions. The manager and teller who helped me this morning, I’m sorry I didn’t ask for your names…I just want to say thank you for your kindness, appreciate you.

there has been two recent times I needed to conduct business at NE 3rd Street branch in 2022. Prior to this year I have not had any need to visit that branch for at least the last 5 years. I have nothing but very good things to say about the service and professionalism of the staff I encountered. I will remain a loyal customer.

This is a bank where you can get good information with friendly service. International Remittances Domestic bank remittances can be processed very conveniently and quickly.

Not adequately staffed (I've only ever seen 2 tellers), super slow, don't even attempt to reach someone at branch level on the phone and the drive through is always closed, limited hours...what bank closes before 5:00pm everyday and doesn't stay open later on Fridays?

No drive through bad hours no Saturday branch hours closed at 5:00 not 6:00 on Friday evening's horrible customer service inside the branch. Lack of staff not merchant banking window large deposits holding up non merchants for personal banking ATM not able to ever take deposits after branch hours... these aren't even banking hours you idiots!

They have restricted their store hours to be abysmally inconvenient, and further inconvenience customers with the highest fees for cashing checks.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Make no mistake about it ,you are a number that is all you mean to them. My payroll was held up for 2 weeks! 2 weeks while they verified funds, the whole time my checks were coming from U.S. Bank. They said that was standard , it absolutely is not standard. Go to a credit union , these people deserve to rot in history.
