Staff were very helpful. I needed a new battery for my cell phone and they replaced right as I was standing there! In and out in about 15 minutes! Great service!

Waited for 30 minutes on hold, hung up, called back a few more times, after continuously being put on hold for over 20 minutes I gave up and went somewhere else. Seriously pissed.

Great service. We stopped in to get a battery test. They tested it promptly. It turns out it was the alternator and we had to get it towed away to get it repaired. They got chairs and offered water for us while we waited.

No need to hang over customers and grab product from their hands. Felt very rushed and associate was snarky.

These guys are great! Every time I go in there for something (usually replacing the battery in my key fob), I’m in and out in minutes. And, they’re always so pleasant!cMy husband had a great experience replacing his car battery, too. Do yourself a favor and sign up for the plan they offer that lets you replace your battery at no charge. It’s totally worth it.

Friendly staff, they have a range of batteries from car/motorcycle/powersport, to watches, light bulbs and headlights. Ordered online and picked up at the store, can save a few bucks when you receive coupon codes via text/email.

I needed a particular flashlight battery that I'd had no luck finding somewhere else in town after searching high'n low. My only recourse I could think of was to go on-line, purchase the battery that way then wait it's delivery. Thing was, I needed the battery that day and guess what?...on a whim I called Batteries Plus and inquired. Sure enough, they had that battery and plenty of em. The staff I interacted with were knowledgeable, professional, helpful and courteous. I don't know one way or the other, but I don't think they offer automobile batteries. Ostensibly every other type, even the hard-to-find. The price I paid for the battery that I needed, the battery they had, was more than reasonable when I considered I needed it that day.

My phone screen cracked. I was able to make an appointment to have it repaired. There was plenty of availability. My phone was repaired in a prompt, professional manner and I also bought some batteries while I was there.

Excellent service and products. My go-to place for batteries, bulbs, replacement for broken cell phone glass screen protector, and other products and gifts I hadnt planned for or maybe didn't know about, like the red battery storage cases I bought for myself and for holiday gifts. Every employee has had the answers and been able to perform the service I need, including replacing my car battery and cell screen protector, and each has been helpful and pleasant to work with.

I needed a new key fob for my truck. I called over to the store, and they had one in stock. The employee told me they could hold it for me till the next day. Which was great because I couldn't get to Bend that day as I was working. I arrived the next day, and he had me all set up and on my way within 15 minutes. Great customer service!
