I’ve gone to these guys exclusively for a while. They are always friendly and go above and beyond with service. I recently went in and asked what kind of windshield wiper I needed and all of a sudden my wiper was replaced. And when he told me how much it was, I told him I was robbing him. I won’t go anywhere else for auto parts.

Excellent service! Shout out to Chet who saved my Labor Day weekend on Friday at 4:00 pm. I had a radiator hose blow and he went over and above by repairing it for me. Support this local business!! Steve

They were so helpful. My truck overheated as I limped it into town, and they helped me cool it down. The gentleman added coolent, oil,replaced the radiator cap,and showed me how to replace the thermostat when the truck was cooled down enough to do so.

Always super helpful, good stock of parts. The staff is always willing to hunt down parts for you and order them if needed. Can usually get parts next day from other locations.Great selection of belts.

Small store but they partnered with car quest and can get any part on the planet as long as you can wait for the overnight. The staff are very customer service oriented. They change batteries,wipers, and read engine codes. They'll walk you through simple repairs and provide you with the tools necessary to do the job. Better than NAPA (never any parts anywhere).

I was so thankful for Steve at Baxter Auto today. I had my son with me and my car battery started acting up. I was right by Baxter and pulled in. Steve was quick and kind helping me check my battery function and choosing a new battery. Most amazingly he even helped me install it when my car made it clear it was not going to get me home to install myself. In a blizzard no less. He is an asset to the company and really helped make my day a lot easier!
