Order got jumbled and my hats did not make the cut with everything else. You can request a color and they will get it close and give you what they want. It will be good quality and likely get tons of compliments though.

We would not recommend Bear Prints. They moved to Redmond this summer during our order. We had to deal with with multiple people (mostly Kim and Jocie). There was a lack of follow through and our experience required a lot of patience with them during their move. BP staff could use some customer service training. Our order which cost us over $1,000.00 was printed on extremely poor quality garments. We were promised (by Jocie) what we ordered had little to no shrinkage and so we agreed to the purchase. What we received were (pretty much) one-time use shirts. After one wash, they shrink 2 sizes and are disfigured. When we called to speak with Jocie, she expressed little to no concern and said she had 'no control over what we agreed to purchase". We won't be using BP again.

By far the WORST COMPANY IN CENTRAL OREGON!!! I would NOT recommend to my worst enemy!! They burnt my shirts that they promised they would have done in a week, made me go buy more (which they also said they would reimburse me for) then randomly sold the company and moved business to Redmond.... Now all of a sudden they won't refund me for the shirts I bought to REPLACE THE SHIRTS THEY BURNT.... And STILL DONT HAVE MY ORDER AND ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND A HALF! BUYER BEWARE- THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Kim, the absolute WORST customer service person ever is also extremely rude and promised the shirts by last week... and still no call! i asked to speak to the owner and she refused!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS YOU LIKE TO BE RIPPED OFF!

Bear Prints is our organization’s go-to for printing our logo on materials. We have used them for our staff shirts and jackets, canvas bags, youth programs, and volunteer shirts. Our logo always looks great and the printed items are high quality. We love working with the staff - Emily has been available to answer all my excessive question and talk through products with me. Since I work for a non-profit, they give us discounts that make all the materials affordable. We will only ever use Bear Prints for our screen printing needs.

I was in their shop yesterday to pick up a sweat shirt I ordered, (one of many from the past) . Discovered the one sweatshirt was $60! Egads! The gal who waited on me was rude and when I said I found the cost was shocking she immediately grabbed the item and left the front desk..leaving me standing in the lobby alone; no SORRY, or... "well, let's see if we can have a win/win here, because I want your business going forward". NO! They had no idea I was going to put in another large order as we have hired a few employees for our next big project. Glad I don't have to put up with them any more! (I found them rather curt in the past, but shrugged it off).There's plenty of OTHER printing shops I can have better service. Shar/owner of a business here in Bend

Melissa has always been very patient in listening to the vision I have for company logos and embroidery. Quality customer service seems to be a dying virtue but that’s not the case at Bear Prints. I have to wonder how this place stays in business. incompetence is the best word to describe this business. They ruined 2 shirts I brought in to have a logo put on them. After one wash, the shirts logo looked 30 years old. I tried to get them to do a black and white logo for several months, completely being ignored with emails I sent. When they finally did make a black and white logo, they screwed it up as well. Each time I was assured that there would not be issues. I gave up on them finally. I should have listened to an X employee who quit because of dishonest business practices. I am listening now!

I completely trust the staff at Bear Prints in Bend. They are very efficient, timely, considerate of our needs! I highly recommend this company for all your printing and embroidery needs. They are very professional in the quality of their work. Everything is perfect, finished on time, when received. They always send a proof before doing the work and I really appreciate it!

Bear Prints was incredible to work with. I had a very specific project in mind and wanted it to be perfect. I started using Bear Prints two years ago for my business screen printing. Every time I place an order I am extremely impressed with the customer service, turnaround time, and the finished product. I have used several shops around town and I will never use anyone but Bear Prints.

Ordered shirts for my employees and originally wanted embroidered logos on polo shirts, after talking with the sales team at Bear Prints they suggested doing a screen print instead. It turned out great! Logo looked great and didn't pucker like embroidery always does. Thank you for keeping my crew looking sharp!

I put in a rush order, with pick up in 4 business days. Within 24 hours, they had a proof of the custom shirts I ordered. The shirts were ready on time for us. A small order (just two shirts) but a huge deal for our family. Like Bear Prints? No we love them. Now our Swine 4-H group is going to have new shirts made there before fall. Excellent staff, friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. Many thanks to you all!
