I downsized from a truck and travel trailer. Rod, Shu, Kylan and the whole Beaver team have been extraordinarily kind and helpful through this purchase and afterwards. The camper van is perfect for my future adventures.

We were searching for a Newmar New Aire 3543, and Ryan/Beaver Coach had one on the lot—unfortunately it went pending the very morning we were driving over. Even though Ryan knew we couldn’t purchase that coach, he let us know and we decided to drive over the pass to see other options. Ryan still stayed late the night before a holiday weekend just to meet with us. He walked us through everything, answered every question with incredible patience, and shared a wealth of knowledge that was truly invaluable. Ryan is friendly and extremely informative. He never made us feel rushed or pressured, and he took the time to explain details we hadn’t heard from other dealers. It’s rare to find someone in sales who genuinely wants to help you make the right decision, whether or not you’re ready to buy that day and knowing you may not buy from them.
We bought through a dealer in Florida and in retrospect, we wish we would have waited to buy through Beaver and Ryan. We will still use them for service, they seem to have a great team. Highly recommend!

Chris Szopa is are salesman, he did an amazing job listening to our needs. I have ran my family’s Ford dealership so I know what good CSI is. We will definitely buy from Chris again when we upgrade to a Newmar 4369. Shu the finance manager was a really nice guy and sold us the extended service warranty we wanted. Every person we dealt with made this the best buying experience we have ever had.

Just took delivery of a 2020 Tiffin Allegro Bus 40 IP. We wanted to take a moment to share our positive experience. Chris Szopa was our salesperson and he was everything you want in a representative. He is smart, courteous, and best of all he actually listens. A rare trait these days. He went over all of our minor concerns we had with the coach pre-delivery and then made sure they were addressed when we came to take position. We even had a minor door issue and he traveled over to the park to show us the solution. Also Jaime who was the tech who showed us the many features of the coach was very thorough and answered all of our questions. A great team at Beaver Coach sales awaits you. No flim flam tactics, just good honest people.

Full timer and had a Aquahot issue. Beaver Coach was able to get us in, in a very timely manner. Our repairs and a service on our Aquahot completed. We got there at 8am we were back at camp by 1pm. Amazing. Best service in central Oregon.

The employees at Beaver Coach Sales couldn’t have been more helpful, professional, kind and have such exceptional customer service. After weeks of searching online for RV’s, we found the exact one we were looking for on their website. From the first phone call with Ryan Dillon to picking up our RV and driving off the lot, the purchase went flawless. Most of the transaction was done by phone and email. Scott “Shu” Shaver, had all the paperwork ready for us. We really appreciate “Shu’s” hard work on our behalf on the financing and extended warranties. Ryan picked us up at our hotel, and spent a great deal of time walking us through the ins and outs of our new RV. We love our new RV, and are happy to be new members of the Beaver Coach Sales family. Again a massive thank you to Ryan and “Shu”. You guys are amazing.

The team at Beaver Coach arranged this last minute adventure with my seven-year-old daughter that will be a memory we’ll never forget! The van was totally perfect and we had support all along the way. This is a great way to enjoy mountain biking at Mount bachelor with Bike in and Bike out access in style.

We purchased a newer used Dutch Star Motorhome about 3 weeks ago. The purchase started when Beaver Coach and Lindsey showed up at Pacific Shores Motor Coach RV Resort about July 2, 2025 with many Motorhomes. Lindsey new after a short conversation, he had the Motorhome for us in Bend, Or. But it had an offer on it with a 2 week time frame to accept or cancel. Since our purchase of this Coach we have been allowed graciously to stay on their lot with electrical every night and free water and sewer dump until we learned and tried out all the systems. We found 3 issues that needed to be repaired before departing. A washer door that would not stay shut, a refrigerator that leaked a small amount of water, replacing the 2 burner induction stove top and today 9/2/25 a sewer valve that has a small leak. Becky a wonderful Service advisor has taken these issues and Beaver Coach is repairing them out of the sales price without any push back. we also had Beaver Coach install over $13,000.00 in up grades and all worked perfect. Every time I walk around the lot this last month we are always asked by someone if they can help us. The service here is unbelievable from the front desk to the repair people in the shop. It would not be right to not mention the people responsible for this, Lindsey, Chris our Bend sales guy, Stephanie the front desk lady, Becky, Chrystal the show room lady, Aaron, the no it all guy who teaches you everything about your new RV, (4 to 5 hours to start with) then daily as you need it and Shu the Beaver Coach General Manager.

I appreciated how they treated me. Repairs required 3000 miles from home are a challenge. Did I like the price… well no but that doesn’t mean they didn’t take care of me … Becky ! Awesome even when giving me bad news. Mika And Bob and the tech that worked on my rig… I failed to capture his name but he was definitely the main character in this story. I appreciate the service… but no one likes the cost ! lol … do it nice or do it twice !
