I ended up being my bmw to get diagnosed as I had explained over the phone and in person saying I had the intake off with the bolts in separate bags in a box.i was told they’d call back the next day or on Monday the next week as I had dropped off the car on a Thursday. I was never called and I had reached out later that week with still no diagnosis.cycle continues with three weeks gone by with no update until the fourth week I had called for a update where I was told that I had not explained the intake was off and that it would cost 1,000$ to put it back together and to diagnose the car as the car was now a inconvenience and was charging a arm and leg for basically a inconvenience fee as he’s so busy.he wasted a month of my time! I now have my car back on the road after taking it to a different shop and that shop had it for 5 days and put the car back together and diagnosed and fixed the car for 1,200. Don’t take your vehicle here if you seek to get your vehicle fixed on a timely manner with reasonable pricing!

The quality of work that was done on my vehicle was above & beyond. Service and communication while the work was being done could not have been any better. I will be recommending Bend Auto Care to everyone & will be a repeat customer as long as I have a vehicle! Definitely a 5 Star operation!

Zane and the other gentleman in the shop today were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help me when I was stuck on the side of the road nearby. They got me back up and running quickly and were super helpful and honest about what was going on with my car. Truly above and beyond 10/10 customer service, and I’ll definitely be coming back here for any future mechanical needs!

HIGHLY recommend! Great service, pricing and knowledge base. I will absolutely come back to this shop for all issues with my Honda Element. They fixed an issue that I've had with my car for two years that multiple other shops could not figure out. It was priced fairly and they did not add anything that wasn't necessary just to charge me more $$.

My brother had a situation with this radiator, and when he called other shops to try to get in & fixed quickly to get back to eugene for a doctor's appt. he was laughed at. Bend auto care got his jeep in and out in in time to make his appointment. Now that the jeep is mine I had an issue with the starter. Again bend autocare got my jeep fixed in a timely manner and a fair price. Customer for life.
