Aaron is over the top when it comes to getting stuff done. He was never late and always reliable. Aaron did too much for one person and should be getting paid double because he picks up slack for others. Best realtor I’ve ever met! Grateful for the company connecting me with such a great person.

I honestly can’t sing enough praises about Sue and Aaron of Bend Dutch a property Management. As a “first timer” renting out my home and moving across the country Sue has been a breathe of fresh air in a highly stressful situation. She listened to my needs/wants from our first conversation andcontinues to do so today. She has confidence in her profession, understand Bends market and does her job with grace.Sue and Aaron are attentive, not afraid to communicate and will clean up any issue that arise with ease and professionalism. This was my first rental company experience in a long time and in Oregon. Susan and Aaron were so responsive to needs with my home and they were caring. When the home I was renting was sold, they went above and beyond to support me in every way that they could. Susan is an amazing advocate for her renters. If I get the chance to rent another home with Bend Dutch as the property managers I would take it in a heart beat.

Do not use them, I'm serious- this is a scam outfit and will gouge every dollar of your srcurity deposit from you. I made a mistake and didn't read their yelp reviews before renting through them, please check out their yelp reviews before you sign on the dotted line. If you end up using them make sure you get a professional inspection done prior to moving in.. Also, these Google reviews seem totally paid for and fake. I've worked only with Sue and surprisingly all the reviews here have very similar amazing stuff to say about Aaron and Sue. My experience with them turned out to be EXTREMELY unpleasant and I will include a Synopsis here once I'm done dealing with them. I've reported them to the Central Oregon association of realtors and will reach out to other bodies out there until they change their business practices.

I rented a home for 9 months in Bend, OR after moving there from Boulder, CO. The short-term rental served my purpose of having a place to live while looking for a home to buy. Bend Dutch Property Management (BDPM) helped me find the perfect rental ideally located in the center of Bend that had abundant parking for my four vehicles and RV trailer. The few times I had any maintenance issues with the property they jumped right on it and hired pros to fix it. When I did find a home to buy earlier than expected, they worked with the rental property owner to get me out of my contract two months early with no penalty. I could not be happier with the properties and service provided by BDPM.

I had just moved to Bend and was looking for a place to move into ASAP. After reading some OTHER companies’ reviews, I started to get very nervous. I found an absolutely perfect home for me with Bend Dutch and they could not have been more accommodating or more professional. I cannot express enough how much of a dream they were to work with. They kept a perfect balance of caring for the owners home and the tenant. I am truly very impressed. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful people. If you have them as a landlord or a property management company, you made a very wise decision. Absolute gem. Thank you BDPM!!!!!!!

Sue is amazing. She is very attentive, diligent, proactive, a problem solver, and just an overall lovely person. What started as a renter / representative relationship has turned into a friendship. It’s great dealing with such a knowledgeable professional staff such as Sue and Aaron. They always respond to questions in a timely manner. More importantly, they follow through and assure issues are taken care of. They are conveniently located in downtown Bend, not to mention they have an online service for all payment needs. If I was ever to move, I would definitely stop and visit with them to review all the awesome properties they manage.
