I was in a bit of a bind and needed a safe and reliable place for my dog to stay for over a week, and Bend Pet Resort exceeded all my expectations. When I went to pick up my pup, Gibson, he had just finished playtime and looked so happy, I could tell he had a blast. They say dogs can sense good character, and Gibson certainly loved all the staff at Bend Pet Resort. I highly recommend this place for your four-legged friend!

My dog Jax is a giant German Sheppard, that loved other dogs, but typically hates all humans not in his 'circle.' It was super hard to take care of Jax because we literally couldn't leave town unless a close friend agreed to watch him. We then found Bend Pet resort, and its pretty spectacular what they have done. Jax is so excited to go there, loves all the members of the team, and they take great care of him and his big personality. You can tell everyone on the staff truly loves dogs and knows how to work with them. It is so great to have a place in town we trust and Jax loves. I would highly recommend bringing your pet here.

I had moved to Bend from Texas for work for a year and my poodle Colin stayed with them on more than one occasion when I was traveling back home during holidays and stayed for an extended time during Christmas 2021 and they took such good care of him. He’d been to daycare an boarding in Texas and Oklahoma so I could tell when he was excited to be somewhere. He loved Bend Pet Resort. He never had that exhausted behavior after boarding and I will forever be thankful how they took care of him like he was their own baby.

Took my Samoyed in by recommendation. She spent 7hrs there only to find out they cut her and never said anything. They are blaming it on a heat spot behind her ear where a mat was removed & supposedly took pictures but have failed to send them to me as requested to verify this "hot spot". Whatever it was, no one shared anything regarding anything with me on pickup.

We have an older, very shy dog and Brandon did an amazing job grooming her! He was gentle with her and very patient.

Love this place for boarding our German shepherd mix, Loki. He has a really hard time with new people and they do so great with him! He loves coming here and we really appreciate the staff!

My dog stayed there for a week while I our family vacationed in Sun River. I had some difficulties getting a reservation booked at first. I never got to see the area that she was staying in and no web cams available to check in on her. I scheduled an exit bath and was clean and happy when I picked her up. I arranged the extra play time for her. She was must've had fun because she was tired and slept the whole next day. The staff was very nice.

This place is absolutely amazing!! The best sampyed groomers around! I have tried to find a place that ****** samoyeds properly & both groomers did the best job i have ever seen done on my dogs! I highly recommend for show dog quality type of ****** in a low stress environment!

I was in need of a long-term doggy daycare for my new puppy, and after posting online asking for recommendations; Bend Pet Resort was recommended by one of their groomers - Brendan. I pass this place frequently day to day, and always wanted to check them out. Was able to go in and chat with the one front desk attendant. I forgot her name, however she was super friendly, looked like she loves her job, and helped ease any worries I had - as this was my first long-term doggy day; with a puppy I had adopted in January. I reserved ahead of time because of July 4th, which was a super smooth experience. On the day of drop off, i was helped by the same girl at the front to welcome Barry in, and he immediately seemed to be at ease, just wanting to sniff around and see what was going on.Fast forward to my return after a long flight back and I came in to pick him up. There was another front desk lady that helped me, and she immediately knew who I was picking up, and said he did super well, while playing with one of the older dogs that he seemed to get along with. I was relieved so much to hear he had a great time there with getting to spend time socializing with other dogs, and being fed twice a day with their recipe, and two play times. I also had him groomed and nails trimmed, which he smelled great and his coat looked so shiny and clean (even if he’s a short hair.)My pup was immediately super tired when I got him back, and seemed to be super mellow attitude wise, more attentive and behaved than when I dropped him off. I have been working on his temperaments and quirks, so it was a relief to hear how well he did with the other dogs.I will definitely be using Bend Pet Resort again in the future when I have to go away for an extended time, or if Barry just needs a day of play time / I need to get some things done.Thanks again so much to the resort, and your staff for being so good to him and I!

Words can't express how incredible this place is and how amazing they were with my Paige!I recently had to leave the state to deal with the illness and eventual passing of my father. I was given MAYBE 2 days notice, and had nothing lined up for Paige. I emailed Bend Pet Resort, having never utilized their services in my life, and stated my concerns. My Paige can be fear aggressive with strangers. She's a rescue who tends to shut down in kennel environments. I didn't know how long I'd be gone. I needed to drop her off in the next 48hrs. The list went on. Their response? "No problem, we would love to have her."They explained the boarding process, outlined their facilities, and went on to ask all the right questions and confirm their understanding of dealing with nervous, fearful and aggressive dogs. They said all the right things to put my concerns at ease, though I was still worried since I've never left her with strangers or anyone other than my partner for any longer than a night.They emailed me regularly, letting me know how Paige was doing and sent me photos so I could see for myself how happy she was. The fact that she felt safe enough to show the staff just how much of a cuddly lap dog she is speaks VOLUMES of how incredible every member of the staff is at really caring for the dogs at their facility. The empathy they showed to me as her human and my situation was above and beyond.I picked her up today, and seeing for myself how comfortable and happy she was with every staff member she interacted with really solidified my love of this facility.I would have paid any dollar amount for the love and care Paige received in my absence. They charged me HALF of what I was anticipating. To say I was floored by this experience is the biggest understatement of all time. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would.THANK YOU TO EVERYONE FROM PAIGE AND HER HUMAN! ?
