I cant speak to the storage facilities, but don't rent a U-Haul from here. The employees were friendly enough, but this is the only U-Haul facility that I have been charged insane extra fees from. The van I rented was not cleaned out beforehand as well.

This place is awesome I've never had a problem that Ralph the property manager wasn't able to fix. He has gone far and above any expectations I ever had. I'd recommend this storage unit to anyone in need.

Great place to deal with. New management or otherwise. Not the fanciest, but prices are fair, units are clean, and your stuff is secure. Good choice in getting-more-expensive-every-day Bend.

Look elsewhere for your storage needs. If you do not give them a 15 day notice of moving out they will keep your $25.00 deposit and act like they are doing you a favor by not charging you $48.00 for not enough notice. My husband and son swept the unit clean. Southside storage sent us the final statement and attached a generic fake picture of a pile of dirt that was left in the unit. That was totally a lie because the unit was swept out and cleaned. For the simple fact of giving fraudulent reasons for keeping the deposit I am writing this review. I would not go there again and give them any business!
