“The whole team at Sunnyside is great and they are knowledgeable and helpful. I first visited years ago when I passed through Bend on a bike tour and had some mechanical issues. They dropped everything to get me going. More recently Chris built up a new bike for me and took time to talk about the build and make sure everything was just right. Prices are reasonable and the staff is great.”

I've taken my two mountain bikes to Sagebrush in the last month for a few separate issues. And both times I've had some of the best customer service not only in a bike shop but in just about any place ever. The mechanics here are incredibly knowledgeable. The pricing is excellent, no upselling anything. Communication is great, I got text or phone calls as the work progressed telling me about anything unexpected that came up. These guys have my permanent business. Plus you gotta say hi to Annie the shop dog.”
