“My girlfriend and I had an absolutely fantastic time! I had never ridden an e-bike before. They were knowledgeable and patient in explaining everything . . . even letting us take short trial laps around their parking lot so that we understood everything. The bikes were in great shape, had front storage bags, one had a rear fender storage rack. There was even a lock in one of the storage bags if we needed it. They seem to have thought of everything. I've taken my two mountain bikes to Sagebrush in the last month for a few separate issues. And both times I've had some of the best customer service not only in a bike shop but in just about any place ever. The mechanics here are incredibly knowledgeable. The pricing is excellent, no upselling anything. Communication is great, I got text or phone calls as the work progressed telling me about anything unexpected that came up. These guys have my permanent business. Plus you gotta say hi to Annie the shop dog.”
