“Wonderful customer service, and friendly staff! I just came by to get some air in my tires, but the store was closed. The nice gentleman working in the back heard me and came out, brought me in, filled my tires and pointed me in the right direction to the bike path. So helpful and friendly!”

“Sunnyside is full of amazing, knowledgeable and friendly people. I've been buying and renting equipment from them for 30 years. They are the best cycling and ski ship for all experience levels in Bend, period.”

“TJ, the owner, is just all around a good dude that takes care of his customers like they're family. Friendly, honest, real bike shop atmosphere with cool niche brands. I like to wrench on my own bikes but bring TJ the "not so fun" projects that I can't remedy and he always finds a way to make it happen, sorry buddy. ...And he supports local kids on bikes, heck ya!”

“Bend Electric Bikes is the REAL DEAL! When you go in, you can expect courteous, informative staff, a diverse selection of ebikes and some analog bikes, and it's location can't be beat - except by their prices. We were met with patient staff that answered all of our questions and helped us find bikes that work for us. We rode them home and felt we got a great deal. Another positive is that they work on all of the ebikes they sell and you're supporting local businesses. If you want to buy, rent, or inquire about ebikes, don't think twice, just go to Bend Electric Bikes. They'll take care of you.”

“A great bike shop! Eric set me up with a custom Surly Straggler build that has become one of the best bikes that I’ve ever owned. I highly recommend stopping if you are looking for a new bicycle or services.”

“The guys at WebSkis really helped me out with advice on two sets of skis (that I didn't buy in the store), and both sets are working much better for me now. Thanks so much! Highly recommend. When I finally invest in new skis, it will be here.”

“What a great place! Came out to Bachelor for a ski weekend and decided to demo some new skis instead of bringing my own. They made sure everything was just right with getting my boots fitted perfectly with their bindings, had great recommendations and a quality selection of modern demo skis. You can tell they really care about their customers experience. Would certainly recommend them to anyone!”

“Mark's very honest. I had recently put a deposit down on a trike. When we later learned the trike was not going to arrive as scheduled due to supply chain issues, beyond his control, Mark immediately refunded me my money with no problems. I am disappointed I won't be getting that trike, but I am happy that I dealt with such a stand-up guy.”

“We rented twice while in the Bend area. This shop is awesome! Both bikes were set up perfectly. Everyone we dealt with was super accommodating even with special requests. James was very quick to respond and Todd was helpful with setting up the bikes and helping us with trail recommendations. Plus, they rent Pivots! This should be the place you choose to rent when in Bend! Thank you Sagebrush!”

“There really is a lot to complain about these days with how businesses so often treat people. So when something really cool happens I appreciate it that much more. And Man! These guys are osm! I was in a hurry and couldn't find a L wrench for my bicycle steering wheel. It was all messed up. Someone suggested I ask Hutch's shop nearby. I wouldn't have thought of it cuz I've never been in a bike shop in my life ? but I was like whatever doesn't hurt to ask. And sure enuf they brought out a wrench n helped me. Literally saved me from what woulda been a horrible wreck!!A few days later I strike up a convo with a guy near Hutch's walking to pick up his rig at the auto shop. He said he prolly shoulda hopped on a bike, so I'm trying to sell him on cycling, telling him how much I LOVE it! Turns out he's the owner of Hutch's shop haha! After such a great experience there I was in no way surprised he was so cool.AND THEN I get 2 flats in a week! I didn't mind the first $24 to change out the tube and check the tire at the shop, but $48 in a week is steep for me. They told me to bring it by cuz I told em I couldn't believe the chances of 2 flats happening in a week. I was wondering if something else was going on that mighta been missed with the first tire change. They found a new wire AND piece of glass piercing thru my all too worn tire! I just started riding a bike so I had no idea how often that can happen riding thru town. He lemme know it's just the nature of the beast.I was thinking to just get a $6 tube at a chain store and told em but they had already taken my tire off so I hesitantly said to just go ahead and change the tube for me. And the guy said they'd just charge me for the tube, no labor cost ?? so I was able to afford changing out my trash tire then and there. That'll help IMMENSELY in preventing flats in the future!I really appreciated their patience with this newbie as I'm learning the ways of cycling, and all the help they gave. They have a long time customer in me fs!! I need brakes, a tune up, and work on my gears. I definitely know where I'm going when I can, and I'll be saving up for one of their great bikes ?”
