Project Bike is a fantastic bike shop with a great vibe and friendly, knowledgeable staff. It does not have the feel of a stuffy bike shop. The team provides excellent service, from simple walk-in repairs to building bikes to fit a customer's specific measurements. They communicate well, offer fair prices for parts and labor, and have a great selection of bikes. Staff are extremely knowledgeable and happy to share their insight, with particular expertise in mountain bikes, custom built wheels, and bikes. Customers report very easy service experiences, with clear recommendations and estimates. Many are loyal, returning for all their bikes from kids to adults, and purchasing multiple bikes from the shop. The overall experience is highly recommended, with customers stating they will not go anywhere else.

Bought a Rocky Mountain Altitude bike from their rental stock last September while in Bend and have been super happy with it. Back in Bend again for a few weeks riding mountain bikes and they are absolutely the best for parts and repairs with a different mountain bike. All the guys on staff are awesome and helpful.

Everyone there is super friendly, very knowledgeable and always provides amazing service. They’ve been great about taking care of all of our bikes and I wouldn’t go anywhere else
