I was looking to purchase some weights for my home walked in the store. No one said hey how you’re doing or good day or anything I walked around for 5 to 10 minutes. No one asked me can I help you find anything? so I just left terrible customer service

Great selection of products. I got exactly what I was after. Prices are also good. I did have assistance, but I had to do a fair amount of the sale for myself in terms of steering the sales person. Overall I enjoy Big 5. I go back often.

The Good- Pretty good prices here.The Bad- selection of non-ball-related equipment not very extensive.The Tip- Check out their knife selection, I found a $80 knife (see my horrible, horrible photo, I don't know what happened) for $20.

When we went there to return to save back and was told no from a chick that we hadn't even seen or knew was working as a manager there. Come to find out the following day or night. There's a new manager and it was a dude and he was amazing. He helped us the minute we walked in. He was very respectful. Thank you for helping us. We appreciate it
